I work for an out of state management company, and one of our tenants has been without air conditioning for a couple days as we waited for another company to go out and fix it. They never showed. I called Mike, and within 15 minutes he had contacted the tenant and scheduled a service call to see what was wrong for the same day. He was on time, professional, and courteous. Mike was able to get our tenant's rental unit cooled off and the unit working for an extremely reasonable rate within hours of our initial contact. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts Mike! We will definitely be using your services in the future.

Mike came by on a $4000 call to replace an old ac unit. He left us with a perfectly functioning unit, & it only cost us $150! Thanks Mike. You rock the AC world!

The A.C. is old in the house I rent. But it does blow real cool air. On May 16, 2017, it came as surprise that it wasn't blowing cold. In fact, it was a very hot, humid, summer day here in Broward. So I gave Mike a call, and within hours he was here in oakland park, fixing my problem. His services are good, and explainations, diagnostics, and reparation/fixed my issue right away. (I had overworked and froze my unit over) Mike thawed it, added some frion, and was good to do business with. I would recommend him to whom ever is in need of air conditioning assistance. While others would have seized the opportunity to claim that my compressor had gone bad, All Services replaced a burnt out wire and run cap, and topped me off with a little more freon for a fraction of what a new a/c compressor would have run.

Then, on top of it all, as an existing customer, they even gave me a modest discount on the labor! Would highly recommend.

So after being totally abused by another company, Mike actually fixed the problem and didn't rob me. My unit was leaking water. The other guy came out for 31 minutes, used a hand pump, pumped three times, said the drain line was now clear and charged $225!!!! If the problem persists, you need your coils cleaned, a $350 service. So the problem persisted, Mike actually assessed my unit, found drain pan not level, resolved the issue, charged me his service call fee. Thanks for making me aware there are still honest people out there.

Mike is a wonderful person, he came promptly every time I called him and fixed the problem. He’s my AC guy forever

No one was able to help at 2 in the morning. But I called all service air and he walked me through the steps and got my AC running; came out next morning and got my AC running optimally ! He's the best!
