Was encouraged to pay the
“ membership fee “ over the phone which I declined for I was not comfortable doing so. He went and scheduled without membership, gave me a window when to expect, NO Call- No Show- No answer following day. But was very highly available to take that “membership” payment over the phone.

I am in business myself, and communication is key.

Sam did an excellent job with my furnace and air conditioning installation. He was prompt, courteous, and personable. He made sure that all my questions were answered throughout the whole process. It was evident that he is knowledgeable about his trade.

Air conditioning shut down after power loss in a storm. Called Split System Heating & Cooling expecting to be told they would be out the next day. To my surprise, they sent technician Sam out within an hour of my call. He diagnosed the problem and made repairs quickly and kept me apprised of everything he was doing. Now, less than 3 hours after the outage my air conditioning is up and running. Well done guys!

The technician at Split System Heating & Cooling was timely, honest and efficient. As a new homeowner, I felt very grateful to have someone like him come out and take the time to explain to me what was happening with my a/c unit and what the options available to me meant. They are great at what they do and I will definitely be using them the next time something comes up.

The Technician serviced my A/C today. He was on time, and very friendly. I also really appreciate that he took the time to explain the thermostat to me because I had quite a few questions. Lastly, he also took the time to now only show me how, but he also helped me change the position of the vents in my room so that not as much hot air was blowing in. Stand up guy; Split System Heating & Cooling did a great job.

Setting up a service call was easy. Scheduler noted all my concerns and had everything put into consideration. The technician was on time, thorough and had great maintenance advice for customers. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use them again.
