I have an issue with my wall unit a/c in my apt.. I called several repair companies and all they told me was "we don't do wall units". End of conversation.

I then called Mike at All Services and he was very honest. He told me he doesn't repair wall units but went on to review my issues with the unit I have. He then suggested I look into replacing the unit as the unit is probably more money to repair than the cost of a new one.

He even suggested a few places to look for the replacement unit.

I will be keeping his info in the event I ever need to repair or replace the central a/c in my home.

5 star rating. Mike showed up when he said he would. He went above and beyond the expected service. Aside from the AC unit, we also had issues with our washer/dryer unit that he was able to resolve. He was happy to explain his diagnosis and offered suggestions on how to do general maintenance on our own. He was both kind and cheerful.

Approximately 4 1/2 months ago I moved into a new place. Right away at night my bedroom sound like I had a large air conditioning unit in my bedroom. Before, meeting Michael I had already had three air conditioning companies. They installed new parts but the noise was still loud as ever. They would be in and out like a flash. Now, I was thinking about moving but at my age moving is too much. I called an Acoustical Company in Minnesota for some advise. I was told what kind of company to look for. I did searches on Google and took a look at BBB of Southeastern Florida and the Caribbean. I selected 2 companies and called them. I decided to go with All Service Air Conditioning, Inc because the reviews impressed me. My nerves were shot from the noise, no sleep, and the extra finances. The same day I called, Michael came over and he listened to me and he went to work. He knew exactly where to start. That night I had a restful, quiet night. Michael is honest, reasonable prices, and a fast hard worker. Michael is my A/C man forever. Thank you Michael.

Called All Services AC Inc. this am (Saturday). Mike came to my condo unit and fixed the AC leak. Also suggested to make change for the return grills and drop ceiling. Already got an estimate, which seems to be fair. Honest person. Will have him to complete the work. Very knowledgeable and good attitude. Thank you.

Mike is Amazing! I called this morning around 8:30am and by 9am he was at my house and by 10am my AC unit was fixed. Mike was honest and upfront with what had to be done and there were no hidden fees. His honesty, availability, and efficiency are reasons i am now a loyal customer. Michael returned my call right away. He was very knowledgeable and addressed the problem not the symptom. He was prompt and on time for the repair and would highly recommend him to anyone.

What can I say? Mike is the one everyone should hire for any A/C problems! I had called early in the morning and I told him what was wrong, so he suggested I try to fix it own my own to save some money and gave me step-by-step on how to do it. When I told him the problem wasn’t fixed, I called to make an appointment. He was extremely punctual to my appointment and was very knowledgeable. He went in great detail into what he was doing and tried to teach me some things about the process. He wouldn’t settle until the problem was solved and even went out his way to get the part I needed to fix the A/C and came back (same day)! I paid a little over of what I had intended, but it wasn’t his fault (the part I needed was on the pricey side). He is not only professional, but extremely personable, with a great sense of humor! What a lifesaver!!!!
The Monday after Irma my power was restored at 9:30 pm. Unfortunately my a/c wouldn't operate.
I called the big screencompanies that offer 24 hour service...only to be told I would have to wait at least 3 days for service.
All Services showed up within the hour.
I know it had been a LOOONG day being right after the storm.
My problem was diagnosed, fixed, and he even gave the compressor a check up.
Awesome service that is SO RARE in South Florida.
