    HIGHLY recommend this company. Came home from work Thursday to find no A/C. We tried vacuuming the drain pipe but it didn't help. A friend recommended J. Molar H&C so we gave them a call Friday morning. Jamie came out almost immediately and after thoroughly inspecting our system he diagnosed the immediate problem, a burned out part that would have been expensive to replace, but he felt we really needed a completely new system. We'd heard this before from another company over a month ago when a similar problem happened, but they were unable/unwilling to explain why we needed a complete overhaul and left us feeling we were being "had." Jamie fully explained why he felt this was the best alternative and carefully went through all of our options, including replacing just the one bad part. We appreciate the time Jamie spent talking us through everything came away with confidence in his opinion, and decided to go with a whole new system. The price quoted was both fair and competitive, and lower than the other company's. However this was now mid-afternoon on a Friday of a holiday weekend...in Florida in July. Did they have the parts needed? How soon was his team available to do the job? Jamie made some calls and got back to us quickly saying he confirmed he'd be able to get all the parts that day AND he'd talked to his team and were able to come out the next morning to do the work. Wow! I (almost) felt cooler already just hearing that. As promised they arrived early Saturday morning and completed the entire job that day. My family and pets are very grateful! Jamie and his crew were very professional and respectful, delivered on all promises and commitments, and were easy and pleasant to work with. We now have a worry-free, energy efficient system and will call upon Jamie and his team for maintenance needs in the future. THANK YOU!!!

    J Molnar communicated well all the way thru the process. Notified 15 minutes out when they were to be there. Did an excellent job on tying all components together and cleaned up everything when done, couldn’t tell they had been there. Definitely would use them again.
