Tropic Aire

Tropic Aire just installed an entire new SEAR 16 system for my home and new ductwork. The process from beginning to end was fantastic. Their team of professionals were exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. They were extremely focused on ensuring I understood each step of the process before, during and after the install. They went above and beyond my expectations to provide me with the finest equipment and service in the industry. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their A/C system replaced or even just repaired.

I had an issue with my unit, and these folks were able to get someone out same day to fix it. I asked for a 30 minute "heads up" because I was at work, and they were kind enough to do this for me so I could make it home in time for the tech. I'm sorry I don't remember the tech's name, but he was super nice and informative, answering any questions I had. The price was worth the quick and friendly service! I'd call them again if I have any other issues :)

My A/C went out on a Sunday when it was 90 degrees outside. I contacted Tropic Air Monday morning spoke with Cheryl Jones, she was very professional and had me a quote in about 2 hrs. They were booked that day but was able to come out and install new unit on Tuesday. The technicians that came out were very polite and efficient. Just wanted to give a BIG shout out to the whole team, great work and I LOVE LOVE my new A/C.

My regular air conditioner company owner retired and we had used them for 15 years. They recommended TROPIC AIRE. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED. David yesterday and DJ today were professional,courteous, and very informative. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! They were very fair on the charges and time spent taking care of us..Frank

Jim Jones and his staff are the BEST they always take care of anything that comes up and I never have to worry about the quality of work it's always done right. To the Tropic Aire Team: I would like to commend your Service Tech, Percival for outstanding service today. He introduced himself at the door, which we appreciate very much. He performed the most detailed annual maintenance of any tech who has ever visited us. I believe we were his last call of the day, and with temps approaching triple digits his entire day, followed by torrential downpour while performing his service for us, I would have forgiven corner-cutting. I saw none of that. He was extremely polite, seemed very knowledgeable, and exhibited an impeccable attention to detail. He is a credit to your company.
What we appreciate more than anything is having someone we can absolutely trust with matters like this. Thank you for that. I happily, and enthusiastically recommend Tropic Aire to anyone in need of Heating or A/C service!!!

I have depended on Tropic Aire for my air conditioning needs since relocating to Jax in 2011. Jim and his team at Tropic Aire have always treated me fairly, even going above and beyond job scope on a couple of occasions to ensure me and my family were 100% satisfied with the quality of their work. When work was completed inside my home, the Tropic Aire Team took just as much care making sure areas were as clean as how they found them. Tropic Aire has earned my trust through providing me quality work at a fair price.

This is the second time I have used the service of Tropic Aire. On both occasions, I have received the best customer service I could hope for. The office staff is top notch, the repair and install crews are respectful and on time, and the prices are good. Today I had a new Rheem A/C system installed. The appointment was for 0900. The crew showed up at 0835 ready to work. Not once did I see the crew standing around - they stayed busy. When they broke for lunch half the crew stayed behind and kept working while the other half ate. At the end of the day the crew lead checked all the vents in the house, instructed my wife and I how to use the new Honeywell smart thermostat and ensured all our needs were covered. I inspected the work and it is all buttoned up and clean. They left no mess behind and ensured my furniture was covered where they put new vents in. My new A/C is now blowing at 53.5 degrees F.

TL;DR: Tropic Aire will get my business again. Wonderful company and excellent work. Would recommend to anyone needing Air or Heating work.

Great experience from Nick coming out to price install of new Mitsubishi system, to the actual work being completed by a top notch team in Chris and Dustin. The home is 70 years old and the install is crisp and tip top. Thank you so much Luke and Tonya.

Mike Sietsma with Tropic Aire has exceptional professionalism in explaining the issues at hand as it relates to the air conditioning equipments. No pressure in selling, letting the customer present their problems and listening to them. I have nothing for the most respect for this person. Wish there were more like him in the service sectors. I plan to make Tropic Aire my call to for any HVAC problems. Great job Mike.
