Drivers creating a safety issue blocking the sidewalk, easily resolved by pulling further in or on the street. Creating an unsafe situation for handicapped folks and those with strollers. In this placement couldn’t event get around without damaging the clients garden as I had to push a stroller through their garden.

I recently had the unfortunate need for an A/C repair. I contacted Tropic Aire because my system was under warranty and they are an authorized dealer for my unit. I was blown away at their quick response, and the fact they had a technician at my house within about 4 hours. Our issue was not something obvious and the technician conducted just over two hours worth of trouble shooting before being able to actually fix our issue. We felt the fee we were charged was extremely reasonable. We had such a positive experience with this company, we would highly recommend them to anyone. While we hope to never need them again, we will definitely call them if he have any further issues.

A/C unit started leaking a bit due to blocked drainage and Caleb came out same day and performed 'annual checkup' and cleared up the issue quickly.
And...Caleb also went the extra mile and took a look at my pool heater which was tripping the fuse, and diagnosed the issue for me even though TropicAire doesn't specialize in pool heaters.
Its this kind of customer service that stands above other companies and makes TropicAire an excellent choice!

First time using this company. Reached out to them and spoke with Scott telling him that my house was not cooling as well as it should be. He was very polite and professional and was willing to send someone out the same day to diagnose and hopefully resolve the issue. I was not quite in dire need so told him next day would be fine. Tech came out next day and was also very polite and professional and could not unfortunately immediately diagnose the issue but through process of elimination determined possible cause. I was given all options to resolve issue and chose to add refrigerant to the system and monitor it. No pressure from anyone to do more than I was willing. Would recommend!! Thanks guys!!

Had HVAC annual maintenance today. Have had some larger service done a few years ago. Tropic Aire does a very good job, at the right price, no worry about overservices or over charges, and their post visit documentation is excellent. I see no reason to even try someone else. Well done TA !

Needed a new unit and after a 2 week delay on getting a quote from my regular HVAC place I received a recommendation from my Sister-in-law to call Tropic Aire. And boy am I glad I did. Called after hours and left a message. Received a call back from Nick the next morning and he was able to come by that afternoon to take a look. Received the quote about an hour later and was shocked when I was told they could install it 2 days later. Ray and his crew showed up at 8am yesterday and they came loaded for bear because the job to install the new unit in a 35 year old mobile home was a bear!!! But they got the job done and we are very happy with the results. In a time when it seems customer service has went out the window with a lot of companies, Tropic Aire hasn’t lost what’s important. Give customers friendly and professional service. I highly recommend them!!!!

Highly recommend for Jacksonville area!!! I noticed my A/C stopped blowing cold, and looked outside and noticed my unit was not working! I was worried it was going to be something very expensive, but I needed A/C so I gave them a call and they were very friendly on the phone and sent a technician out promptly. CJ our technician was down to earth, very knowledgeable , and was able to get my unit back up and running in no time! Thankfully my repair/service was about $150 (yours could be higher depending on the repair), but they are very trusting, and go above and beyond to make as affordable as they can based on your need. Every time I need routine maintenance or a service call, I will be calling them :) Thank you so much!!

If you have used them before, be ready for sticker shock. I didn't expect 300% inflation.

I also didn't expect a tech who got mad at me because he couldn't figure out how to work an Ecobee thermostat. The tech told me I needed a new coil but couldn't tell me how much a new one would be. He was clearly flustered and in over his head.

As a homeowner, I had a duct issue arising from a very bad previous install of a system on the roof. I needed to cap off the registers. Jim and Rocky Jones took time to explain exactly what I needed to proceed, and ordered the parts. I just can't say enough about the help they gave me.

We are long-time customers of Tropic Aire so this is our second installation of new HVAC. We appreciate the professionalism and value of this company. All staff consistently demonstrate a high level of knowledge and capability. HVAC is a big deal with many attendant issues to address, our experience has been that Tropic Aire is a trusted partner for maintaining our home. Highly recommended!
