Joe Fusco is definitely the best A/C guy in Jax/Northern Florida. Joe came out about 5 years ago and tuned up my 2004 Trane with Freon leak. I had him come service again today due to lower unit performance primarily due to some ducting issues related to a roof install. Joe cleaned my unit, checked all the components, inspected my inside unit, and then spent about 15 minutes in my sweltering attic to check my entire ducting lines for damage/air leaks/general integrity. Recommended some additional insulation fixes I could do myself. Actually got some real value out of a $145 service call and he told me I did not have to replace my machine yet, as of right now its cranking colder air by about 10 degrees from the vents compared to before his tune up. Unit still had the correct level of Freon from 5 years ago, working like a champ again.

Will call Joe when my unit finally quits and needs replacement or next tune up.

Joe and his team worked through the day and were able to install a completely new HVAC system and part of the install included re-routing the airflow from under the house into the attic. The team arrived at the time we discussed and were very professional during the process. I would highly recommend Joe and team for installation, repair or maintenance of your system; he performed repair and maintenance for us prior to todays install.

My A/C is only couple of years old but did not seem to cool the house properly. I contacted Fusco Heating & Air to have my system checked and serviced. Joe came out, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain, and answer all of my questions. My A/C is working fine after his visit. Very professional company, highly recommended!

The best A.C repair/replacement I've ever seen. Higher quality workmanship. Very trustworthy. You don't have to worry about who you let in your house with this guy. He will never charge you for stuff you don't need. Joe will take the time to explain what's going on. Quality repairs done right.. He is top of the line... I highly recommend.

Mr. Fusco has been keeping the Campbell family cool in the summer and warm in the winter with prompt service at a more than reasonable price for over 15 years. He is an honest and ethical businessman who has a great sense of humor. I more than recomend him for your heating and air needs. He has NEVER let us down.
On a side note... I was surprised to see there is a solitary, one star review. I just want to say, the heating and air industry is (like most service related industries) a very competitive market. Admitting that I don't know circumstances the reviewer and Mr. Fusco was dealing with at the time, I have to say. This review is on the suspicious side. So, as a repeatedly satisfied customer, I am compelled to question the veracity of the review.

I called on the 4th of July, because my AC was not working.

Three days later, I still have not gotten a call-back.

That's fine, because I found a contractor who IS interested in customer service to fix it yesterday. I will not bother calling Joe Fusco again, and I am letting folks know that he'd rather not deal with phone calls requesting service.

I note he has 2 reviews besides mine... both with the same last name. This makes it suspect it's a single household... and probably one that knows him.

Since the truth is, he doesn't call back.

It's a shame, really, as I'd rather give my business to small local business-owners, rather than larger companies. Oh, well.

I have used Mr. Fusco for both my home and commercial business. He does great work at a good price. He has always been punctual and professional and I highly recommend him.

Great company... always quick to get back to me and quick to show up. This last time my A/C was acting up, it ended up being a simple fix and Joe fixed it in minutes. Its great to find a small business that treats you like family.

Joe is wonderful! He’s extremely capable and an expert at air conditioning.. I highly recommend him for servicing!!
