Our unit cut off in the middle of the night and within the day we were able to call in and get it fixed! Brian was very kind and efficient in fixing our outdoor unit in a short amount of time.

Update (June 21, 2023): Brian came by and helped us out again! Really grateful for his services and once again very efficient!

I have had 3 separate companies come out and not a single technician was able to diagnose the electrical problem we were having with our HVAC. Jeff came out and within 20 mins was ordering parts that were actually under warranty! I was charged labor only and he came back and repaired it in under an hour. Highly recommended - I am a residential contractor and now use them for all of my projects.

Jeff was great. In addition to fixing the problem we called about he noticed something odd about the return which no one had ever noticed before. He addressed it and the a/c has never run more efficiently.

This is our second experience with Hammond. Last year they installed a completely new system for us and we were very happy with the service and the system. Circumstances have caused us to need to relocate our outside unit this year. Once again, they have come through for us. They’re technicians are skilled and very polite. The cost was comparable to the other three estimates we received. In short, we highly recommend Hammond and won’t hesitate to call them again should we have a need.
