We had an issue with our A/C unit and Bryan did an amazing job as always! He has been taking care of our units for years, and he's always reliable and professional. Over the years we have dealt with different techs and he's by far the best!

Cody was very professional, courteous, on time and knowledgeable. During our routine A/C Maintenance Cody was diligent and advised me that the sump pump was going to need replacing soon. I asked him to replace it rather than wait for it to fail which he did expeditiously upon my request.
I have given Hammond A/C phone number to others here at our property and recommended they request Cody because I am confident that they will be just as pleased with his service as I am.

Recently purchased a service plan from Hammond and was very pleased that I did. Bryan located and solved a major issue with my system when it shut down. He is knowledgeable and thorough and the company is responsive and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Update for 2022. This is the company to call if you have a service issue. Bryan is amazing! He diagnosed and repaired the problem with my unit in 15 minutes. The company is highly responsive and the pricing is excellent. I was told by another firm that my unit needed to be replaced several years ago. Thanks to Bryan and Hammond, they have kept it running at a very affordable repair cost for three years now.

Original post: Have used Hammond several times for repairs and am always satisfied. Bryan is the most knowledgeable AC technician I've met. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and diagnose and solve the problem with your system and give you suggestions to save costs. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Another great experience with Hammond Heating and AC. AC wasn't cooling, called them and they were out the next morning. Bryan did a great job. He was quick, thorough and professional.

Our AC went out during the night. My husband called Hammond, who responded by ensuring we were the first appointment of the morning. The evening was on the cooler side, so we were still able to be comfortable with fans and open windows until morning. Brian arrived right on time and after speaking to me regarding the problem, got right to work on evaluating our unit. I found Brian to be professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He updated me frequently throughout the diagnostic and repair processes and even took the time to speak with my husband multiple times over the phone, to answer all his questions as well. Brian had the AC up & running within the hour. We did have a part that needed to be repaired, for which Brian provided a detailed report regarding our options which enabled us to make an informed decision regarding next steps. Would definitely recommend Hammond and Brian to anyone having heating or cooling problems in their homes!

Just a great experience from beginning to end! Fran on the phone was wonderful and attentive. They were able to send Kerry over in just a couple hours, and he was AMAZING. Very friendly, competent, and thorough. Just a sparkling attitude. Had it fixed quick and a great price. I was so impressed!

I have used Hammond since 2013. I bought a new system from them and keep an annual maintenance contract with them. These guys are all great and especially lately Kerry and Rhett have been fantastic.
