Ask for Javier P. and Adalberto G. I've never left a review for AC repair in Miami before. But I have to for these guys. My condo AC unit went kaput and they spent several hours diligently finding the problem on the same day.

Other AC repair companies have always spent the bare minimum in time in trying to solve the problem and often have had to come back the next day or next week. Not these guys! I can't recommend these two guys enough. Very kind and polite too!

I paid 28,000.00 usd and get 8 new big Amana Ac units from quamec corp. When they sold this units they said there is warranty for 10 years and lifetime for exterior units. Just after a year I start using their units problems start they ask 360 usd for a part under warranty. I check the part is just 24 usd. If you don’t pay for the amount that they are asking you are with out an ac under the sun of florida. I contact with Amana they said the part is under warranty so I understand that they are trying to charge you for a part under warranty. They made me pay for it and just after 4 weeks an other new ac not worked i called them many times they didn’t answer I send them e mails they say they can not come for the service call another company. They left me on the way. Be very careful before you buy any think from them if you don’t want to be like me!

Everything is explained clearly up front; no guessing game. We had our entire a/c system replaced, and their technicians Alexy and Jose were unreal. Extremely courteous, and in spite of the extreme heat in the home during the installation, they continually tried to make us feel comfortable and kept us appraised of everything during the installation. Not sure how I feel yet. Customer service was GREAT, I had an extremely quick response and appointment. My unit was installed the very next morning. What I don't fully understand is the "offers". I replaced my old unit with an Amana (4ton, paid up front, no financing). I received a $500 rebate (not $1000 as stated on the site). I also DID NOT receive a "free NEST thermostat" (as stated on the site). What was explained to me when I called back was; I can have EITHER the free thermostat OR the rebate !! huh ?? hmmm ! I'll certainly need clarification on that.

My new A/C unit gives me peace of mind, as does the warranty which goes with this unit. Furthermore, I have no doubt that the excellent warranty associated with my new Amana unit adds value to my home. Our ac technician Osvaldo was great and very professional! Even when encountering difficulty in installing our AC’d new motor he took the time to explain to us what the process entailed.

Although the first repairman left without doing anything, when I complained to the office, the owner himself came out that very day to take care of my air conditioning system.

Quamec persevered through several setbacks during the installation of my HVAC system! It was a very long day but they never gave up! The service they provide is outstanding, the best in the field anywhere! Used Quamec for the first time last week for a repair on my 8-year-old Trane unit. They were on time, courteous, thorough, and did a great job. I'll definitely be calling them when next the need arises.
