If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to handle your ac change out look no further than Quamec. They did an excellent job replacing my old ac unit with a new Rheem unit. The installation was done quickly, efficiently and with great attention to detail.

techs completely misdiagnosed the AC issue. They spent an hour doing I don't know what, just to tell me that the AC was better off being replaced with a new one.

Your techs were respectful and polite, but either they don't have enough experience to be sent to the field to troubleshoot AC problems or you are all in together in a fraud scheme ready to take advantage of any unsuspecting trusting client.

You were about to make me spend around $5500 and make me wait for who knows how many weeks without a working AC.
when all the AC needed was cleaning. called different vendor and they had unit back to normal operation same day. Currently cooling and you should look really hard at yourselves and decide on what kind of company you want to be.

This is my second time using Quamec, this company is great, prices are competitive and the service is great, special shout for an awesome team Michelle, Christian, Marcell and Javier. The best feature is the response time during and after work is done which shows their commitment to ensure work is done right and the customer is satisfied, Michelle is super professional and AWESOME answering all my dumb question and making sure to get the technitians as soon as posible and getting all the puzzle pieces in place😊, Javier the engineer explained all the details and made sure everything was done right, the technitians were on time, the technitian Christian is very knowlegable and always focus in what he is doing, Marcell is very helpful and communicative, these two guys didnt stop until the job was done right, a very special thanks and my respect to you two. One week ago I requested services on three units. One central ac and two mini splits. Paid $650 for refrigerant. Called them a week later, since one of the mini splits wasn’t cooling…. They didn’t find anything “wrong” added more refrigerant and charged me $150 for the service visit. I wasn’t even told there would be a charge and thought it was a courtesy visit to ensure everything was working as they were just here a week ago. No. No courtesy. No good customer service and they seem to want to overcharge more than the next guy. Great job guys! Lost another customer!

Hiring this company was the absolute worst decision I've ever made when shopping for a new A/C. The Amana high performance variable speed unit I was sold was the top of the line according to the sales person. In the past three years since the installation I've had to service the unit 6 times, with a minimum charge of $500 each time. They refused to continue servicing my unit after they second service call, telling me the needed part was not available and they had no idea on when it would be. Called another company, which found and installed the part in less than 3 days.

This company is a complete scam. If you want further proof just Google "Quamec BBB rating" to see the F yourself. BUYER BEWARE!!

Called Quamec to get maintenance for my A/C unit. The girl in the office was very nice and friendly. Scheduled my maintenance and had a technician come out as scheduled. The technician (Sebastian) was very professional and worked diligently. I would definitely recommend Quamec to my friends and family. Great Experience!!
