The whole team was great and helped us out on short notice. Bought a house and the AC system failed on the first day we owned it. They were able to locate and install a replacement system the next day. Alfredo explained what was wrong and gave us options. Entire team was very professional and were very knowledgeable about the trade. Will be using them to replace the upstairs unit later this year. Highly recommended.

This is Florida people... We will all experience an air emergency at some point but there is no other company that I trust more than R&R!!! WOW!! These guys are THE BEST!! They really know what they are doing and fixed our problem in no time. They returned my phone call right away and were able to come right over. Alfredo is an honest person and does what he says he'll do. Their rates are very reasonable. Considering that an air conditioner can be a major expense - it sure feels good that we can trust this company to do the right thing. Our unit is old and we will be needing a new one soon. Thank you so much to R&R. We had a break down on the hottest day of the year and no one would come out to help. We called them and they were in and out in an hour and solved the problem for us. I so appreciate them and highly recommend their services.

I called about 20 minutes before they closed for the day, explained the situation I was having and Jandry immediately agreed to have Alfredo come to my house and check the outside unit of my AC unit. Alfredo arrived within 15 mins after I called and was extremely thorough when checking the inside and outside units, thermostat and testing everything. He took his time to verify everything and found the issue. Once he was done, he gave me the full report, including pictures so that I can give it to my landlord. The unit needs to be completely replaced, so I will have to keep dealing with the landlord and their lack of care for this situation, but at least now I know what is actually happening, something that the technician from the company I rent my house from, never reported to me, even though they came this morning and supposedly fixed it, which wasn't fixed at all, because when I came back home from work, the outside unit still wasn't working. Because of this I decided to call R&R Cooling solutions so I could get an answer about the issue, due to my landlord not giving me any info/answer st all.
Alfredo went above and beyond and was able to make the unit work again even when it's old, malfunctioning and needs replacement. They are responsible, respectful and a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them 1000% to anyone who needs their services!!! Thank you Alfredo for everything you did in such a short notice!!!

My AC unit stopped cooling down last night. I immediately freaked out (sort of) since it’s only been 6 months since we acquired it. Coming to find out I missed Alfredo’s calls a week ago and it was time for maintenance (completely my fault). The system is designed to shut off (although it was still blowing out some air) when the pipes are clogged. I sent them an email around 1am. Called this morning and while I was about to leave a voicemail they were calling me back. They said 30 minutes but Alfredo was here before that. I have to say I love this company. The service is amazing.

Heat pump stopped working due to blown fuse. The tech was very knowledgeable about the system and honest about the repair needed.

R&R were quick to respond, able to give me a good accurate idea of what to expect and a ball-park range of what to expect. They were out the same day to look at everything and even worked into the night to get me a quotes for repair and replace. 2 days later they were at my house when they said they would be and after a lot of work, replaced my entire ac system! I could not have been happier with everything.
