Found these guys on google cause they were close to my house. My ac went out called them and they had it back running fast. Thanks again for such great service

I had a wonderful experience with Alfredo Rodriguez, he was very professional and courteous I will most definitely use him again.

Alfredo was great. He knew immediately what was wrong with the unit and was able to get it up and running quickly.

New unit installed 2 days ago and it broke on first night (valve?) also I now have 3 more holes (returns and still unit is not cooling down temp set at 73 and it’s 76 and has been running since 10am today my old unit always brought temp to whatever temp I had thermostat set to (always 73)
I’m extremely disappointed with this at this point in time and I would NOT reccomend anyone use this company or Goodman brand unless they show up tomorrow making that 3 days of service on a brand new system I’m also waiting on a return call which doesn’t seem to
be coming

R&R Cooling came back again in and basically corrected the issues that I had mentioned above it showed us they do care especially on providing excellent service along with a good product
I will definitely recommend R&R Cooling now seeing how they without question came out early and did not leave until we all were completely satisfied
It may have started off not so good but they more then lived up to their obligations

The best ..a little pricey but I’ll still give a 5 star because they did fix the problem fast and had a lot of knowledge..

Excellent company, extremely professional, very knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. They always take their time to make sure everything is right.. I have had bad experiences with AC companies in the past but they go above and beyond. I highly recommend this company!
