We had a wonderful experience with R & R Cooling Solutions. Alfredo came out and inspected our combo A/C Heating unit. He gave us quotes on repairs or replacement, explained everything in detail and did not try to push us either way. We decided to replace. Alfredo and his crew came out the same day we gave them the go ahead, replaced the unit as well as the trunk lines that were under the house and full of holes. The price was very fair and included a senior discount! They stayed and made sure everything was working properly, left all paperwork, and even replaced the thermostat. We highly recommend this company if you’re looking for one for your A/C or Heating needs.

Alfredo was fantastic! Our A/C motor went out about a week after we moved into our new home. He was able to come the same day and determine what the problem was very quickly. He was able to give me an accurate estimate of what it would cost to repair it. He called me immediately the next morning to say he had gotten the new motor and was on the way to my home to install it. I would highly recommend R&R Cooling Solutions. He had the new motor installed in about an hour and a half. Their service is top notch. 5 stars for this company!!

Alfredo and Yandry and the rest of crew went above and beyond. They were on time worked diligently to get the service completed. Cleaned up after everything we are a HAPPY COLD Family. I rarely respond to surveys or post reviews. However, this one that I had to post to say thank you to Alfredo-R&R Cooling Solutions. Alfredo came out today, on short notice, to check an issue with the AC. The issue was something minor with the dampener. At first, it appeared to be a thermostat issue. Alfredo recommended that I just monitor the system, because everything is working properly. He informed that the thermostat is working fine and believes the dampener was just stuck, but it is working correctly now.

I appreciate the quick response to my issue. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity to take care of the issue. Some companies will do anything to make money, even selling parts that are not needed. R&R Cooling is definitely a company of integrity and will do the right thing! I highly recommend this company.
