Great reliable fast service ! They had my A/C diagnosed & fixed within a couple of hours on an after hours call . They had a lot of patience walking me through the repair . I highly recommend US Air & refrigeration !

It is very rare to find an honest technician these days. I was referred to Noel who from the very beginning was very professional. He arrived on time and really took an interest in the issue I was having. He made sure it was done quickly since I had a walk in freezer that needed to keep food frozen. Also, when there was an additional issue a few days late, he called me back on a Sunday to let me know he would be coming first thing Monday morning. You do not see this kind of service these days anymore. Everyone is always looking to make a quick buck. I highly recommend Noel. He is really the best of the best.

I was so pleased with the quick response. I called around 8 a.m. and the left a message that the AC wasn’t working at my condo. Within 15 minutes I received a text that the owner of the company was personally coming, as all of his crew was already committed for the day! He arrived around 12 noon, fixed my AC and he was done and gone by 1:30. Amazing! I highly recommend US Air - very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and responsive.

I contacted this company for cleaning and repair and my first impression was of the woman over the phone. She was very polite and diligent on getting me scheduled and a repair guy out to my home. Once they got to my home I was given my estimate and was able to schedule the repair in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again.

Worked with the owner Noel for a week. Never got paid. He was drunk all day. Everyday.

Freezer door is not lined up correctly. Gasket is smashed in the door frame making it hard to seal. Called 2x about issue with no repairs at this point.
