They were on top of everything to get the sale, and it was all good till I called them for the warranty work, set up time then didn't call or show up, I called and called no response this company is aa joke. They been looking into my ac for a week now still dodging my calls voice-mail after voice-mail. 10 year warranty as long as you don't call them very disappointed i bought 2 ac systems from them in the same year I won't be using them for the next one. Do your research before you do business with this company.

I Found them on OfferUp. Messaged Leo, he responded right away, we then briefly texted and got on a call, he gave me a price which beat every other estimate by far. His price included permits. I met with his brother Mike the next day at the house which was a Sunday and he confirmed the price and that he was going to apply for the permit and could start on Monday. I asked how much does he need to start the job, he said nothing, "you pay when the job is done" They came on Monday, removed the old unit and replaced the same day. They scheduled inspection and we passed inspection. Could not ask for better service. AAA AC QUALITY SERVICES IS AWESOME!

I would highly recommend this company. Mike was very prompt in responding to me for a quote and was able to come the very next day to install new AC condensor and air handler. His men were very professional and clean with the installation. Everything works perfect. Installed new thermostat also. Mike also followed up the next day just to make sure that we were completely satisfied and if there was any concerns. We had a great experience with this company and recommend them to anyone in need of an AC replacement.

I highly recommend these guys, not only were their prices to install a brand new AC way better than anyone else but they also stand by their product and work. I installed my AC with them about a month ago and today we realized the heater was not heating. I called him today (Christmas Eve) and he had someone at my door within a couple of hours and resolved the issue. That is what I call OUTSTANDING customer service! Thank you Alex!

You can usually tell a lot about a company in their name and AAA A/C Quality Service says it all. Just had a complete new system installed this morning. Mike and Alex were prompt and VERY professional. They answered all our questions and provided us with the security we needed to ensure that we were going to be taken care of. System was installed in 3 hours with no difficulties and when they were finished you couldn't even tell that they were there. They cleaned up all their unused materials and even cleaned up some debris that the other installers left behind.

Very Professional and we will be recommending them to all our friends and family.

Con Artist! Purchased an AC unit from this company in Dec 2021 and the Coils are leaking and it needs Freon. Alex will not return our calls. Buyer Beware! I would not recommend this company!!
