    I have purchased 4 ac units. I have called several times to have my minny split repaired and the main ac repaired. They have been to my house three times. Nothing works. Cigarette buts on my back Lani and driveway and grass. The guy said he would give me an estimate on a new minny split. No return call. I'm done with this company. Don't call them unless you're a heavy smoker.

    Warnky installed four new A/C units in each of my Dad's rental units.
    The Air Handlers are located in the attic of each unit along with the attic access. Since the units are all occupied, Dad and I were a bit apprehensive about the amount of disruption to the tenants, especially since one tenant works full time from home. I must say that worry went away after the first installation and after the fourth unit was installed a few days later I can honestly say that Warnky has the best technicians I have ever experienced. I am a long time Realtor and have lots of experience with Air Conditioning Contractors.
    The techs are very professional, knowledgeable and polite. The owner of the company, Suzanne Warnky, is a great communicator and follows up on each job to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. This is a great company and I highly recommend Warnky Heating & Cooling!

    We’ve used Warnky for several years now, after bad experiences with two other companies. Two days ago we had Warnky here for routine 6 month maintenance. The A/C seemed to be working fine when the technician left, but something went wrong after, and the A/C shut down completely. I called and the technician returned and replaced a burnt out part. Once again, we all thought the issue was resolved, but the A/C stopped running again. The owner was there for me all along, dealing with my calls and trying to troubleshoot as well. First thing next morning she rearranged a different tech’s schedule and told him to stay as long as necessary until the problem was resolved. Sean was prompt and professional and a genuinely nice guy. He kept at it, sweating in this awful heat, working together with tech support until they figured out the problem, which happened to be a very rare occurrence. They could have EASILY told me we needed a new compressor or condenser and we would have been none the wiser. But Sean was determined to seek out and fix the problem.
    Bottom line-Warnky is honest and trustworthy with techs that have been on the job for years. Susan, who runs the company is determined to provide the best most efficient service humanly possible. We are so grateful a satisfied customer recommended us to Warnky in the first place. We are totally satisfied!😊

    Our heat went out and we were expecting the coldest weather of the season. Appointment for service scheduled quickly and the tech was on time and respectful. Issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly. They also told us we still had a parts warranty on the unit which saved us and the way prices are these days it was a blessing. Reasonable prices and talking with someone they were cheaper than another company I thought about using. I recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

    I have used Warnky for the last 3 years to service our A/C. They installed a new A/C system in a previous condo and still service our current system. From the very beginning, they have been fantastic to deal with and provide excellent and professional service. Recently, after much help and counsel provided by Suzanne Warnky (the owner), we had them provide and install a Honeywell smart/WiFi thermostat. Their always reliable and professional technician - Sean - came out and did the install. Ever since Sean installed the new A/C unit previously mentioned, I always ask for Sean as he's the best.     Our HVAC system was unable to keep our home cool enough, even though it was still running. I called Warnky Heating & Cooling, who stopped by that afternoon. After checking voltage, Francisco isolated the issue to be the yellow wire coming into our thermostat. Easy fix!

    Our property manager had them go to one of our properties to do an A/C service/maintenance as we were between tenants. They were professional, on time and very reasonable pricing. They suggested we sign up for their maintenance/preferred customer plan, which we did. They then retroactively applied the discount to a previous order. When we called from Canada to talk to them, they were responsive, polite and professional. We will be using them for all our properties in the future.
