United Mechanical - A Fidelity Company

United Mechanical has done a excellent job for us in all aspects of HVAC. They have installed a new cooling system a few years ago and did a fantastic job with a very competitive price. They have done our annual maintenance and have kept the system running at optimal efficiency. Yesterday Enzo saved the day by making a same day emergency visit to replace the thermostat. This company goes above and beyond for their customers and would highly recommend to others!

I had Synergy Air install 2 new air conditioning systems at my home in 2012. The installation process went perfectly. They were at my home when they said they would be, did what they said they would, cleaned up after them selves and my new units have saved me money on my monthly electrical bill since they were installed. They even took care of the paper work with FPL. Since we have installed the units we are looking to buy a new home and Jim from Synergy Air went to our new home and did a thorough inspection of the a/c units. Jim is very professional, and very knowledgeable when it comes to inspection a/c systems. Once again Synergy was on time and very reliable. I will always use Synergy Air for all of my a/c service and repairs. There is no need to look any further or compare companies. If you know Mike Clark the owner of Synergy Air that says it all, they employees are just as trustworthy as Mike with the highest integrity.

This is a great company. They went out of their way to help us when our AC failed. Everyone we spoke with was courteous and helpful. Technician John was outstanding and thorough.

Signed up for maintenance plan for our AC. Came out next day, caught some issues and replaced old parts to hopefully prevent compressor/fan problems down the road. Tech great to work with.

They do not value anyone and everyone is expendable. Terrible quality of work as they put kids in charge of multi million dollar projects. The foreman just sits in his truck and barely participate in any work other than his laptop and cell phone.. They hire temps to man a job and the temps have no idea what they are doing. They can’t hire experienced help Bc they don’t pay for experience. As I said, they have no value for experience and would rather listen to kids than actual journeyman.

what a great company to deal with from start to finish ! From The office staff to the on site guys I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. We had a emergency leak and they responded so fast and were so amazing to deal with in such a stressful time!! thanks for the help!

Managing large homes, they always respond quickly to my emergency calls and get the job done.

Great team, great diagnostic, great service. These guys "reinstalled" an A/C unit put in by another company. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new unit. Saved me thousands by doing what the first company should have done the first time.
