United Mechanical - A Fidelity Company

This company was again amazing! John their technician was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They made repairs to my unit same-day and I greatly appreciated it. Their costs are also very competitive and reasonable and it's very helpful! They show up on time and always do a great job. Will continue to use them!

They are very good 👍 love them. John is very informative with any questions i have. We have used them since we bought the house and the installed our unit 4 yrs ago.

United Mechanical has always done a great job for me. Scheduling is easy,Technicians show up on time and very professional. Always happy to have no additional work required but even if I do they explain everything and any options available.

Matt was very personable and thorough. He also delivered bad news with grace and humor.
I'd also like to say, as a former customer service person, I love the way you've handled the negative reviews on this site.

Apparently I can only submit one review, so here's the update:

I had a new a/c unit installed today, and I have nothing but praise for Pablo and Pedro (as well as Marlon, and the supervisor who's name escapes me). Pablo and Pedro worked, without a break, for a good six hours straight. They were neat, incredibly polite, and displayed a level of expertise and professionalism that put me at ease - and they thanked ME when they left!
I will not hesitate to use United Mechanical in the future, and am relieved to have finally found a company I feel I can trust. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Oh, and salesman Tom is a treasure. He answered every single silly question I had :-)

Gary did a very nice job in getting two of my AC units working again. Much appreciated

The blower motor failed on our air conditioner and United Mechanical was able to get the replacement motor and install it very quickly. Matt, our service man who installed the new motor, was very nice and professional to work with. We are very satisfied with the response and service we received and would highly recommend them.

John did a great job. He arrived on time, very polite, completed service work in a timely manner & explained several upcoming issues we may have.

Dorian explained what the repair involved and showed me what he had to do to make the repair. Worked efficiently and clean up exceptional. Professional in every way. Called and same day they fit me in their busy schedule. Would recommend highly!

AC went down on a Saturday, called them and within a hour Matt was here and made the house cool again! He was polite, patient and determined to fix the problem. A great company with great service, always a plus!

Paul, a project manager with United Mechanical delivered first class, above and beyond customer service to a gal who was thinking she wasn't getting the best service. Excellent communication skills and so very professional. Thank you Paul. I'm staying with United Mechanical.
