Excellent service professionalism. I had called another company who dropped the ball. These guys came in fix my problem hundred percent satisfaction.

We could not be happier with our experience with HomePros Cooling & Heating. Adrian and his coworker were so professional and helpful. We had some damage that required a coordination of services with someone to replace our water heater and air handler, so they worked together to make sure everything was completed in one day. They were very knowledgeable in the installation process of the air handler unit and outside unit. I really appreciated that they took the time to reassure us on questions we had about the process. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Everyone involved with Home Pros was so professional every step of the way. they were doing an AC maintenance on my neighbors and I asked a question and they came and checked it out for me and right then and there I signed them to take care of mine. Recently we had to have our a/c unit replaced because of Hurricane Ian and Home Pros worked with me and understood that I was dealing with Insurance. We now have our new unit and they did a fabulous job!!

HomePros Cooling & Heating did an awesome job for us. We were under a huge time constraint and needing an A/C condenser on a rooftop after Hurricane Ian. All companies seem to be booked solid as was HomePros, but Tyler took the time to gain two of his technicians to come and do this job after 5pm.

The technicians had to lug this heavy piece up 5 flights of stairs since the elevators are out of service from the storm. They were very respectful and considerate of what FMB is going through and kept a smile of their faces. We cannot thank Tyler and his employees enough for all they did on such a quick turnaround! We have been searching for a dependable and trustworthy A/C business for years!
My home has never felt colder as it does right now thanks to the new A/C condenser and air handler they installed. Even our electric bill went down! I admired the professionalism of the two employees that came to my house and was really taken with how well they worked together. They were prompt and finished the task in one day. The owner Tyler called to check on how the air conditioner was doing and was very professional. I will keep recommending them to all of my family and friends!
