Very professional and showed up when they said they would. They installed my new unit in December 2021, its been a great experience working with Tyler and his crew.

Tyler was great to work with in connection with a new air conditioning purchase. From his submitting a very fair proposal through completion, he was helpful, friendly and always professional.

Since then his team has done our HVAC maintenance and they are thorough and professional.

I realized that my Heating and Air Conditioning systems (2) were not working. This was a Thursday I called that morning and by 2:00PM Tyler was here checked the system and we needed a entire new HVAC units.
The price was fair and his men were here the next day with new equipment and up and running by Friday afternoon. GREAT WORK!!!

Tyler was very professional, both on the phone and in person. He is a good listener and answered all questions about the service needed on my Samsung refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and was correct with his assessment of the repair needed before he even came to my home. He arrived on time, was very polite, worked neatly and above all, did the repair efficiently. I will not hesitate to call him in the future if I need any service on my appliances.

Tyler and staff were a pleasure to work with. Tyler had to troubleshoot our unusual issue (with wifi thermostat) and he prevailed. He was patient and persistent and ultimately charged us less than he had originally quoted. He is a true professional and I highly recommend Tyler and HomePros C&H.
