The process from estimate, to contracting to installation was issue free and well communicated throughout each phase. I appreciated the text updates keeping me informed as to when the technician would be arriving. The installation was quick and the technicians made sure everything was cleaned up before wrapping up the job.

Called several companies to come diagnose my issue of ac not cooling. Was a bit wary of calling random companies I googled. Came across Homepro. Spoke to field supervisor Alex almost instantly around 9:30am. He gave me a time frame of between 11-1 which was sooner than any other company. Alex called about 10:15 and said he was about 10 min away. Ended up needing a common replacement part and he was in and out in less than an hour. My ac was up and running immediately. No trying to sell me on a new unit and quality of work was a plus. If you need someone to trust when your AC goes out give these guys a call and don't be disappointed!

Rebuilding after Hurricane Ian, HomePros H/C has been great, given us fair pricing, professional service and responsive. Always available to answer questions. Recently, Tyler and Alex come out on short notice to install a thermostat so we would have heat despite house not being done. I highly recommend HomePros.
