Paid $150 for AC maintenance. Guy came out for 2 minutes & didn’t touch the AC unit but claimed to service it. My cameras prove otherwise. Company wouldn’t refund the $150 and I had to call another company to come out for our yearly maintenance. Definitely won’t be using them again.

We had a power outage on the 4th of July. We thought it was something in our house as no one else in the neighborhood had a problem. Ophney came out, checked all our circuits and discovered it was FPL’s problem. He even stayed to help me explain to FPL what was going on. He was very professional, kind, and patient even though I’m sure he wanted to be home with his family, celebrating the 4th! I highly recommend Best Home Services!

I needed a light fixture installed in my foyer in the middle of the stairway I had gotten two other quotes before hiring this company and they made a big fuss about it but Ophny did it with no problem. Other companies don’t even show up sometimes so I was very happy with how responsive and on time Ophny was. Definitely recommend! The only reason why I gave four stars is because he had to cover an old light fixture hole and the cover did not match the ceiling he did however come back to replace it with the correct one but it still didn’t match.

David was great. He spent extra time to come to a solution for me and worked through everything to get the job done. It was a Sunday so his professional approach and dedication to see the job through was above and beyond

TJ was amazing! He was on time and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He was straightforward about what was needed to be done, took our circumstances into consideration, and was able to get us a quote and ultimately schedule repairs quickly. He was very professional and friendly and most importantly personable, too many providers can’t be professional, honest, and relate on a personal level but TJ hit all three. He gave me different financing options and ran everything on the spot so I wasn’t stuck waiting for repairs, Was direct about wait times for parts, And even though the repair was an unexpected large expense, TJ made sure to go over it all and helped me make the right decision, without pressuring just to make a sale.

Branden took the time to explain what he was doing while performing his inspection of our electrical issues. He was through and provided me a detailed list of options for repair. Branden was extremely professional while answering all my questions.

The service Rich provided was outstanding. He came in and identified the problem, offered solutions to fix it, and corrected the problem I had. Thank you Rich for your help and fixing the problem. No leaks and everything is back in working order.

John came to replace an outdoor ceiling fan. He was pleasant , clean and professional. He and Justin did a wonderful job. The fan had a remote and they installed it on the switch and even labeled the switches for us. We are very happy!

Danny was very helpful with any questions that we had. Was on time and very polite. Recommended some safety precautions which we are not taking it this time but when we are ready he said to call him and he will take care of it. I only ever had problems one time with this company and I have been with them 3 years now. I recommend using them they may be a little expensive but their work is efficient and done well. Thank you Best Home Services for a job well done.
