I used this company for about a year or so they came every 6 months for regular maintenance until last month a supervisor Dustin came over saying I need a whole bunch of things I asked him for different quotes because repairs seemed very expensive to me and surprised about it to replace it was going to be more money so I shopped around and got different quotes . Most of the people that came to check it out said the unit was not leaking as I was told long story short I told one of the owners to contact me to talk about this and the extra bill I was supposed to pay Dan called me and asked me to wait till Monday so he can review my account a week went by then I called him again and he apologized for not returning my call . I explained to him what had happened and that I didn’t feel that I should pay for something that I didn’t need next thing I know Dan called code enforcement on me . How disappointed of this company I am ,thank you for nothing what a way to make a customer happy .

John is very professional and down to earth! Services a lot of units in Bonita Beach Club with honest point of view as if it was his own place. Definitely recommend.

These guys are fantastic. Our AC went out in the middle of the night Friday. I called first thing Saturday morning and Stan said he was a bit short handed because it was the weekend but would have someone there as soon as possible probably about 1 PM. Bryce called at 12;30 and said he was a half hour away and would be there in about a half hour. Sure enough he arrived about 1:15 and in no time had us up and running. He explained exactly what had caused the problem. No trying to sell us up or any other shenanigans. The young man was very professional and polite. He let me know right away it was still under warranty so therefore all we would pay was the weekend service charge of $125.00. We now know who we will call anytime we need AC work.

OMG! I have air! Thank you so much John Tubbs and his team at Airworks Cooling and Heating! My AC stoped working last night and they already have it working. Less than 19 hrs and they already have it fixed! And they had to track the part down!
