Andrew and his partner were so professional and they did a thorough cleaning of my air conditioning system. He was so meticulous about everything from wearing gloves, putting on little booties, putting down drop cloths and vacuuming the floor. They were just unbelievable. Thank you Cousin's Air and staff.

Saturday, August 13,2022 I called Cousin’s Air Conditioning Service as a emergency call through their answering service at 9:00 pm. I was told someone would be at my home by 11:00 pm. From 9:00 pm to 12:30 Am I waited. Mr R. did not attempt to call me to say anything such as I can’t come because. . . . . He should have called if he couldn’t make the service and I would not have waited up for him. Not acceptable.
However, on Monday, I did receive remarkable service from Marco’s and now I understand why my air conditioning system worked during the day and stopped working by 4:00 pm for two days. Thank you Marcos and Jimmy.

I was SUPER excited to have 3 of the AC's changed out in one of my clients home. Super responsive, professional on time. One of the AC systems failed and they came out twice to fix. There were some issues with painters, and the board needed to be be fixed. Since then, the AC has failed three more times and they refuse to change it out.
I wanted to make an appointment and the only time they had was the afternoon. I told them that did not work for me, that I needed an early one. The receptionist said someone would call me. NO one called me, but I received a text telling me they would be arriving at 4-6 pm. I called again to tell them that I would not be available to let them in (spoke to receptionist and MANAGER) to please not come as I wanted to be there. They sent someone anyway and accessed the home without my approval or consent. They stated that they went in since the painters were there even though I did not give them permission to go in.
I have been calling the manager Steve since yesterday and he refuses to call me back. I have communicated with Donald- but no one seems to care. You are the best customer in the world when purchasing, after that, they could give two chips about you!

I called to make an apt to get my ac serviced because it was not cooling. They were great I that I had an appointment the next day. When I called they said it would be $155 for a service call. The next day the repair man showed up early which was great. He looked at it and said the capacitor needed to be replaced. My ac is still under warranty so I would not pay for the part but it would cost $375 to change the part. The service manager then lowered the price to $345. Still very high to change a part that takes less than 10 minutes to change. I spoke to the service manager Steve and he did work with
me. He instead did my maintenance for the Ac and charged me $113. I was happy he worked with. Overall I like their response time but the price is ridiculous expensive even if you take into account the cost of everything going up. Seems like their prices have gone up 50%. Be careful with the price when you call for ac repairs. Try to get a price committed over the phone if you need a repair. Do not confuse the service charge with the repair price. I’m not sure I will use them for repairs but I will use them for my maintenance. I give a 3 because of the price they wanted to charge me.

Chris was great, explained why we had a thermostat problem and fixed it ! Installed a UV light and performed a complete service on two units ! Highly recommend Cousins Air

First time we used Cousin's. They were very responsive and booked an appointment for us very quickly. The technician was on time and polite. We decided to go with their 2x/yearly maintenance program to hopefully prevent any future mishaps.

I had a contract with Cousins Air for a year and at first, they were really great, and then all of sudden they sent a horrible maintenance guy who smelled like cigarette smoke and was extremely rude. He disappeared for two hours and did things to our AC system without my consent. And even after doing whatever he did, still never fixed our AC and charged us for things I did not consent. Do not go through them, way better companies out there.
