DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE !!! Jerry, the technician that came even got OFFENSIVE with us at the house (2 females) and if it wasn't for the 2nd technician that arrived (they sent him here to see if he could actually give a diagnosis) that pushed him away and asked him to calm down. Took him 2.5 hrs to "find the problem" which was 100% contradicting cause he said one thing and then changed it. $75 thrown in the trash but wasn't gonna have these people do anything in my house. Don't even bother calling them, it also took them 2 DAYS to just get back at me when a technician will be out. Avoid them !!!!

From the on-time service to the knowledge of each repairman, to the booties on their feet, I have recommended Above Air to my daughter, my ex-wife and my neighbor! Excellent company!

Promised to come and clean the lines and service for $75 then asked for an additional $250 for diagnostic THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR I KNEW THE PROBLEM WAS CLOGGED RIP OFF MANAGER KRIS
