Very professional and fast. Not the least expensive but by far worth every penny. Have used several times, even on weekends and tgeir response times have been excellent. They are professional, courteous and clean. No beatung around the bush or haggling. Highly recommend them and will use again if needed.

Worst experience... I am a firefighter. The company is supposedly run by a firefighter. He advertises Above Air at all our stations. Stating that he guarantees best prices to firefighters and their families. So I thought I could trust Above Air not to take advantage of me when I had problems with my A/C. Not the case. Not only did they not fix my A/C and charge me. All they wanted to do was sell me a new one and pressed me to do it. Very unsatisfied, would never call them. Warn anyone not to call them and find someone else for your A/C needs.

Professional technicians - All the technicians are very knowledgeable, show up when they say they will and provide me with details about the work they do on my AC unit.
Have been using them for a couple years and will continue to use them.

Great Company. From my phone call to the repairs and all in between. Professionalism extreme!

Call at 9am. Tech arrived at 2:30. Repair completed by 3:30.

Cost was very reasonable.

We were having a party at my house on a Saturday night when the air went out. I called Above Air and they had a tech out to my house within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem and the party continued. I was even impressed with what I considered a fair piece considering. I'll be using no other AC service.

We were looking for someone that could give us advice on our air conditioning unit due to the fact that what seems like every other month or so, blew only hot air. I called the company and a friendly voice answered that said she would have someone call me to help with the questions I had. I would say within 45 minutes I got a return call from a gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and simple things to look for which I was able to do. I would recommend this company to all with A/C needs, they have a friendly staff who answers the phone and they get back to you within a reasonable amount of time if you have questions or need them to come out for a visit to check your air. My air is working great, thank you.

Been using Above Air for over 15 years with 3 different properties, A/C had an issue and the company came to my aid and got the issue taken care of within hours, as always I was completely satisfied with the service and promptness.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Wish I read these reviews first. I am a firefighter too, and this company should not be allowed to use The IAFF logo on his website. Firefighters are honest, and do not do business like this Owner Chris. My story is too long to type, but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent a tech to do preventative maintenance on both of my AC's. The guy was so high on drugs, he put the wrong refrigerant in one of my AC's. Then he pushed me to replace parts that were not broken. He stated AC #1 needed a new contact, and AC # 2 needed a new capacitor. I finally agreed, and didn't realize that he put the wrong parts in the wrong AC's. New contact in AC #2, and new Capacitor in AC #1. Destroyed my AC's. Then, stated they were going to check on a warranty. Well they didn't- and wanted to give me an estimate for A whole new System. Well, I had several other companies come out, and the part was under warranty. And 2 AC companies stated that ABOVE AIR purposely destroyed my AC units. Chris was extremely rude, and would not refund my money, or take any responsibilities. Company used to be good, before they were taken over, and are just making money for the shareholders now.
Unbelievable that this guy is giving a bad name to how FIREFIGHTERs should do business. Oh, and Chris didn't care that his tech was trying to do cash repairs with me behind the companies back, which I would not accept/ because I'm an honest Firefighter. But Chris, so your tech leaves his personnel cell phone number for me to do cash repairs on the side, but he couldn't have accidentally made a mistake and ruined our AC UNITS? I have a family with 2 babies at home. Hopefully no other family has to go through this.
