Air Con has always provided my family with honest and fast service. We have been a loyal Air Con customer for the last 10 years. Gary and Susan provide prompt service even though we live over an hour from their office. They understand you can't live without your air conditioner in Florida!

Over the years in Franklin County, I've been gouged by local companies, and given a "fix" date by the Cadillac of companies in Tallahassee of 8 days out when I suffered a breakdown in the worst part of a winter. Has been very frustrating dealing with maintenance for my HVAC systems. Then I found Air Con. What a breath of fresh air (pun intended). Spot on, nearly immediate response to my troubles, friendly and very competent repair person, very reasonable rates. He always leaves me with the feeling he "cares" and a confidence that my system is once again running at it's best.

Aircon professionals are awesome, they are personable, trustworthy and honest. They fix what they can fix and tell you exactly what the issue is and don’t try to up sale which is what I like the most.

My sister and I have been trying for several days to get a price on either replacement or repairs. I have called everyday and it's always well get back to you.
I've never had a problem in the past. Now I can only assume that our business is not valued. Unless you have no other resources, please call someone else. This company is not reliable.
Now we've been without air for several days

Keegan is the best ever - not only did he come on time and meet me at my beach house but immediately before that I had had a flat tire two miles from my house and was beside the road out on Highway 98 in 100 degree heat, August , 2019, and had had recent rotator cuff surgery and my arm was in a sling.
I called Keegan and asked for his help on the way down to St Teresa beach . He stopped , changed the tire and then came to house and fixed AC unit. That was a year ago - same hot month of AUGUST.

Today, Sunday , August 9,2020, another 97 degree day, a different AC unit went out. Keegan came within the hour and fixed this unit and now we are back at full cool.

Air Con and Keegan are the best . Recommend this local company for fast local service. The companies in Tallahassee are great also but these guys are right here for local needs. Highly recommend.
