Arrived home to a hot house tonight. I called Air Con (after hours on a Friday evening) and the gentlemen was so nice. He came out and found the outside capacitor had shorted due to a lizard, he replaced it, checked the air handler and Freon and explained everything to me. So honest, ethical and so kind to come out after hours!! I called them again, because I had great service the last time I called them. Thank you Air Con!!!

First and foremost, Gary is a very nice and very knowledgeable man. I have used Air Con before and they were great so I called them again. The service was great and I was very happy. What really made me feel like a ripped off customer who doesn't matter to the company is Gary's wife Susan.
I received the invoice for this last service, they replaced a motor. The charge was $450 for the motor. I was looking online to compare prices and I was finding these motors to cost $230. I went to Air Con and just wanted to talk about the price difference I found. Susan was very rude, she treated me like I wasn't worth her time and she was very busy and I was an inconvenience. She was almost appalled and thought I was accusing her of being a rip off. I know companies charge more than they paid for the product obviously but I was trying to make sure I wasn't paying double for a product. I would find that to be outrageous.
Susan knows nothing about customer service whatsoever. It makes me feel that they are charging double for products by the way she was so offended. Also, Gary promised me a veterans discount, after my rude encounter with Susan, it was denied.
Customer service goes a long way and there are plenty of other people offering AC services in the area. This company has lost my business and I want others to know that they may be charging double, Susan doesn't care about the customer and they really disrespected me and it is unfortunate, especially after they said I would get a veterans discount but then took it back.
I will be contacting BBB.

These folks are fantastic. They are very responsive, friendly, thorough, and take the time to walk through the issue with you so you understand it for future reference. Highly recommend using them for all your HVAC service needs.

What can I say? Don't go anywhere else! I even had them service an air conditioner at my job. They go out of their way to help and even after hours. I came home to no airconditioning, called the after hours line and they had Bailey come out in an hour's time. It's hot, I'm thinking i have to sleep in this unbearable heat and he came and fixed the problem after working all day.

Who does that? Where do you get that extra service anymore? And yes I got a great night's sleep!

Wonderful service and price. Very professional work done by Dalton and Bailey. The owner Gary sat down with me and explained all the work being done and they do all the warranty paperwork for you. I will recommend because it was the best a.c. experience I've ever had.

Aircon was very helpful and honest in assisting my parents with their 190 year old house in Apalachicola. The technician, Jim, was thoughtful, diligent and thorough. They helped us with multiple problems the house had-not by selling any new equipment, but by doing a lot of maintenance, cleaning the system and making the small adjustments needed to get the air conditioning function like new again.

WOW! Called this morning received 5-star customer service and support over the phone. Within hours of inititial call, their technician James arrived. He quickly identified the problem then fixed it.

I am here to tell you, this locally owned and operated HVAC company offers exceptional service at phenominal value! I have used other local providers. Air-Con is easily the best I've experienced.
