AC Expert - Air Conditioning

I found this company listed on the ygrene website. I was so pleased that I selected them. Eveyone that I came in contact with was very professional and they did a great job. The ygrene program allows you an affordable way to make energy efficiencies to your home with no upfront payments. I would recommend AC experts to all my friends and family.

Erico is really easy to work with, punctual, honest and does high quality work. All the qualities you want in a contractor working on your home. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing A/C work.

What can I say about this wonderful man?

We were having a terrible, awful time with a putrid smell in our newly renovated home First, we were told that rats had invaded our house. We had our pest control company come out 3 times....including a supervisor who could not detect what the smell was. Just that it smelled...he ran away very quickly. Then we were advised that it was gas. We had all the lines to our in ground propane tank checked. Nothing. Still...the smell from hell!
Next, we were told we needed to spend $1,500 to sanitize and clean all the air conditioning duct work throughout the entire home because something was dead or stuck in the ducts. Yikes!

Our design team led by Cheri Askew, ( I would suggest her and her team as well...terrific...she always comes through) suggested that Tom from High End Construction, come and investigate. Tom had been doing some of the renovations. Bless this man! He is wonderful...and so is his work! On a Saturday AM, he came in and said...let me get Erico here. He will know what to do.

That following Monday, Erico arrived... lovely music should be playing in the background now! Erico took one whiff, headed out to the garage and unplugged two plugs, that were on the air conditioning systems. He stayed with me for 15 minutes and the smell was gone!!! Gone!!! After weeks of suffering we are smell hell free! And we tried to give Erico money. He would not take any. He is on our Christmas list and as soon as our contract is over with the air conditioning company we are with....we will go straight to him.
We give Erico the highest review you can get, and this is the first time we have ever written a review.
