Jermaine was awesome! He came. He saw. He conquered. He was able to do what other HVAC companies failed to do- clear my clogged AC drain line. I spent many days crouched over in my garage cleaning up puddles of water due to water backing up in my line. He came and cleared it in seconds. I originally called 1st Class Commercial Services because the A/C in my house was leaking badly and I was cleaning water out of my hallway every hour. The owner of the company, Jermaine, came and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed other issues that I wasn't aware of. He cleaned the A/C, changed our coil that our previous A/C guy neglected to do, and replaced a broken part. He was very respectful of our property and space and clearly is very knowledgeable of his field. He even taught us tips to maintain our own A/C so that the problem doesn't recur. Our A/C is no longer leaking and the air is blowing cooler than ever. My family and I were very pleased with the work done and we'll definitely use him again.
