Rob was very professional, he listened for me to explain the problem, took time to show me what was wrong (turned out to be blown circuit in ac box)discussed the settings on thermostat , was very informative. Would highly recommend him for services needed.

Buyer beware. The worst contractor we ever experienced...ever. It took them 5 months to finish putting in our A/C unit with new vents. We had to drive communication to get any progress completed. The technicians would show up without all the materials and equipment needed to finish the portion of the job they were assigned to do. This caused Bay Breeze to reschedule over and over throughout this summer. As homeowners we lost countless hours of work meeting technicians with Bay Breeze. After the lack of progress, we reached out to Todd, owner of Bay Breeze A/C. He failed to manage our job and with his lack of professionalism, customer service skills and detail orientation he should not be in business. The reason was clear to us why he is no longer part of Scott's One Hour franchise. We owned several homes in several states and Bay breeze A/C is the worst contractor we have ever came across. UPDATE: Just did my 6 month maintenance with another A/C company Bay Breeze did not install the UV light we paid for...another reason not to use this company.

Nothing strikes fear into this Floridian's heart quite like realizing the A/C is no longer working. Thankfully Jimmy at Bay Breeze was able to come out, diagnose our problem, and get us cooled off again in no time!
