Bay Breeze Air Conditioning and Heating

So thankful for Bay Breeze Air Conditioning and Heating!! After experiencing a sub-par heating and air company, it is refreshing to know that there are still companies with integrity. They definitely don't scrimp on the customer service and that's a vibe all on its own.

My system stopped working and another company gave me a diagnosis that just didn't seem right. I called Bay Breeze for a second opinion. Rob came out to take a look at my system, he quickly diagnosed issues the other company missed and he saved me money!! If Rob hadn't saved the day, the other company would have replaced a part that wasn't bad and I would've had additional unneeded expenses. He took his time to show me the issue and patiently explain options that wouldn't break the bank.

Bay Breeze definitely cares about their customers and it shows. Two thumbs up, I highly recommend.

Air was not cooling. Called Bay Breeze Air and spoke with the office. Scott sent Todd, the tech right out. Todd had my air repaired and cooling in a flash. The response time and professional service of this company is outstanding. Todd even called back to make sure it was working great for me. They have a customer for life in me. I highly recommend Bay Breeze Air and let Todd do your repairs.

Rob and Christopher were very helpful and professional. Inspected everything in determining the problem and heading off another. They presented options and set a follow-up call. We are on a yearly maintenance plan and it's well worth peace of mind that Bay Breeze has our back.

Tech. Jimmy Bets arrived on time and was very professional. Even though it was just routine maintenance he took his time and explained everything he was doing as he checked out my unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely ask for him again on my next checkup.

Rob our technician was part of the team that did the original installation of our new system and he is always reliable, respectful of our property and troubleshoots any issues in a timely manner. Damien showed up on time with a smile on his face. His appearance, attitude and introduction was extremely professional. He treated our home carefully (wore gloves to protect the light paint on the attic hatch) and made sure everything was as he found it before he left. I appreciate the time he took to explain what he was doing and to help me locate our extra filters in our very full garage. We would gladly welcome him back! This Company was previously owned by One Hour. I had used Angus forever and was so sad that he left. My new tech Rob has all the same qualities as Angus. Knowledgeable, friendly ,professional and does quality work. He explains everything so I understand. My dog even loves him. My go to Technician!

We were very happy with the response time for our service — especially given the fact that it is summertime and open season on AC systems. Our technician, Robert, was professional, courteous and very efficient.

The owner Todd was amazing to work with in getting the unit required for my home with the most reasonable price! The installers were very patient with me and my every question I had! Very responsive when I had an issue after installation with my irrigation system. Came out right away and fixed it. Highly recommend for installation and any repairs!

Addendum: After using this company for about a year, the service remains impeccable! Jimmy Betts was extremely helpful in my routine maintenance and made sure everything works as efficiently as possible! I had a few requests when I wasn't able to be present during service; and Jimmy addressed all my concerns while walking me through any necessary details!
I highly recommend him as the service tech whenever able!
