We had to have our entire ductwork system replaced. Rob and Damion did a great job and worked to address all of our issues/questions. I highly recommend them.

Update: After i gave a scathing review of my prior experience
with Baybreeze , Todd Nelson (owner) reached out to me & agreed to send his technician Rob out to check my unit.
The issue was due to a former employee who did not spend the time to fully go thru the unit and check all parts and did not properly install a bad part. Rob noticed the issue right away,
Rob was very professional, kind and apologetic. He fixed my
unit and it seems to running fine. Baybreeze is a new start up company that purchased One Hour Air. I see now Todd is
dedicated to carry on the the great name from Wayne Reynolds (prior owner of One Hour Air.) Katie (very nice) in the schedule dept was able to squeeze me in on same day.
I am very happy that Todd realizes that customer service will be a key role in the future of his company. I thank Todd, Rob & Katie for a professional and quality experience today. I will definitely continue to have them on all my properties going forward.
Give them a chance, you wont regret it.

This is a company that was previously one hour air. Recently they sold, and all of a sudden my labor warranty is only 50% instead of 100% and then after that, all of a sudden my unit only has a 5 year warranty and not a 10 year warranty. Quite a convenient way to push someone into being forced to replace a unit. Extremely displeased with the new management. Previous management was much easier to work with. Nothing was ever put into writing that my unit would have a lesser warranty. Really disappointed in my first experience with the new company. I'd advise working with someone else.

Was a customer of One Hour Air that was purchased by BayBreeze. Our great tech, Robert moved along with the company over to BayBreeze. We are members of the maintenance club. They are always prompt and unlike other companies, they generally are able to come the same day. Our technician, Robert, is fantastic! We trust Robert and know he is not just trying to “sell” every time he comes to do service. Our experience with Robert and BayBreeze is terrific. Highly recommend when there are so many companies out there that you just don’t know what your getting.
