JD's just put our new AC in, and we couldn't be happier. They completed the job so quickly...in just a few hours. We didn't realize how bad our old unit was until we got our new one installed. We are so happy we called JD to do the job. Our service person, Mike T, was the best...quick and outstanding service. We will definitely call them again if we have any issues and would highly recommend them to anyone that has AC issues. Thank you Mike for all your hard work! We love our new AC!

It was a delight to work with Mike at JD’s. It’s been a long time since a company has communicated as well as Mike did. He kept us in the loop at all times. With the advent of Ian the required part was delayed but Mike did a great job of letting us know where things stood. So refreshing and appreciated .

As always, tremendous service from JD’s again today. Came home from work 2 nights ago, no A/C. By 3pm today they had us cooling with a new A/C unit. Very professional from start to finish. The guy I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful, and Mike was great as usual, he definitely knows his business, honest and straightforward. They always make me feel like my problem is theirs. A great team to have on your side. Thank you Mike!

We have used JD's Heating and Repair for a few years for all of our AC needs. They are responsive, fairly priced and trustworthy.

Used JD's for 2nd opinion. First AC company wanted to put in a condensation pump for leaking AC. JD's came out and found
a cracked pipe and made repairs.

Mike was the HVAC repairman who responded to our problem with a unit that would not shutdown. He diagnosed the problem and, once the module arrived, repaired it quickly. There was a nine day delay getting the part so the unit was either on all the time or turned off at the circuit breaker. Mike was friendly and professional. The parts delay was not something that was his fault.

Mike and one of his team members arrived on time and completed the routine maintenance that was scheduled this morning and I was very impressed. The job was done thoroughly and I felt very at ease as they both took necessary precautions to make me feel safe. I am really glad I stuck to my instinct of calling them since they were the ones that installed the new unit in my home before I moved in. I would definitely recommend JD's Heating & Air Conditioning if you are looking for a reliable, honest, and good communicating company for your HVAC needs. :)

UPDATE: 12/1/2021 - Still HIGHLY recommend. This is by far, one of the best companies to work with and they do efficient and excellent work. Their communication is outstanding as well. I support small businesses and this one is stellar! If you are looking for an honest and fair HVAC company, look no further!

UPDATE: 6/6/2023 - I honestly would only change my review if there were more stars to give. Every 6 months that I get my preventive maintenance, I am thoroughly impressed. Not only do they come to do the work, they are always so polite and easy to talk to. They text a reminder a couple of days ahead of the appt and then text an ETA of the day that they are to arrive. If anyone ever asks me about a heating and air company, I ALWAYS recommend JD's. They have fair pricing and are very thorough. Thank you!

This was an annual preventive maitenance. Very prompt. Reasonably priced. Suggested a service for improving system performance, which was quoted at a figure far less than we have paid past a/c service companies. We had a minor problem after the tech left, and they returned quickly to take care of it.

Wow! Talk about some honest people, and that is so rare these days. Mike was the most honest person telling me exactly what is up with my AC. Told me all the steps to get things done. I had 2 previous companies come out that pretty much said I need a new AC and didn't bother to do an actual diagnostic test. Definitely will be my go to as long as I own a home! Thanks again
