We had a very old system and knew it was a matter of time to replace. Rob came by and instead of selling use a completely new system, he saw our ducting was good and suggested we only replace the equipment. His price was extremely fair and good. He showed up as promised, on time and did a great job. All the stars!

We needed to have the Dryer vent cleaned. Tyler contacted me as soon as I posted on Home Advisor and set-up an appointment the next business day. He arrived at the arranged time and quickly began to work. He cleaned the vent and then immediately diagnosed the real problem and fixed it for no additional cost. I highly recommend Tarpon.

As an owner of an HVAC company in the Philadelphia area, you can imagine my dismay when I arrived at our condo in Cape Coral only to find the AC system down. It was 6 PM so I went to the web and started looking for someone to come out immediately. I called and left a message and Bob called me within minutes. He had a tech out within an hour, and though the line sets were buried in concrete with a hole and could not be immediately repaired, the service and pricing was very reasonable and we are now waiting to have new line sets and new system installed.

Its always difficult to find a reliable, knowledgeable and most of all honest company u can trust. Tarpon AC is all these things and more. They are friendly and trustworthy but above all their honesty is refreshing. Thanks to Rob and his incredible staff for making my AC problem a fair and painless repair in such a timely manner. Ivan replaced my blown blower motor, installed UV and fresh air REMO, did regular maintenance checks on all systems. Superb job! Explained everything to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. IVAN is my go to guy at Tarpon. Professional, efficient and cleaned up his mess. Thank you Ivan

CONFUSED ABOUT WHERE TO GET YOUR NEXT AIR-CONDITIONER? So were we! Will they standby the equipment and will they service you when ever? We have finally found the very best air-conditioning company in SW Florida. We called TARPON AIR-CONDITIONING. Owners Rob and Tyler are expertly trained technicians and both continue to stay up to date on the latest technology. They arrived on time and left our house and garage spotless. On our first meeting it was all about what we needed and how cost efficient the new equipment would be. Our price was commensurate with the quality of the product and the workmanship offered by TARPON AIR CONITIONING. I always remember...you only get what you pay for.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! Called Tarpon for a second opinion after my regularly used A/C company told me that my unit needed to be replaced and that in order to get to it they would have to cut out the wall around the unit. They quoted me over $5,000 to replace it. Less than an hour after I called Tarpon, Rob & Ty came out, proceeded to get access to the unit (without cutting out the wall), and found that my float switch was bad. Needless to say, saved me tons of money!!! AND they cleaned the unit and wiring up before replacing the folding door. I will ALWAYS call Tarpon for any further issues with my A/C. Thanks so much guys!!!
