Rob showed up on time and got to work right away. He went over everything with me and explained the process in detail as this is all new to me. I had a maintenance done on my a/c unit. He was very thorough and professional. I had used another company in the past and they were unprofessional and highway robbery prices. Tarpon will now be my go to company. We have used the services of Tarpon Air Conditioning for almost two years, first to service and keep our old unit going. Yesterday they installed a new system. They were on time (as always), professional and knowledgeable . They cleaned up when finished, explained the new system, were done in a little over three hours, and the price was very fair. Great local company.

This company is AMAZING! A coworker recommended them and we have been having major air conditioning issues since we bought our house for the last 4 years. The company we had been dealing with were not able to actually fix or figure out what the problem actually is. Tyler and Rob came out for a free second opinion and went through everything in the house for 2-3 hours trying to figure it out. Since then we have only dealt with Tarpon Air Conditioning. They are very passionate about taking care of their customers. We have recommended them to other coworkers, family, and friends and will continue to.

I would HIGHLY recommend Tarpon Air, specifically Tyler and Rob, extremely efficient, professional service. After installation, we had follow-up questions and both of these guys were immediately accessible, and answered all of our questions. We had shopped around, got estimates, and Tarpon was by far the best, hands down. I guarantee, if you hire them, you wont be disappointed.

1st let me say the customer service, the professionalism and the genuine personalities of these men cannot be beat. Pedro was so genuinely concerned about our living situation that he said he would get us a window ac to hold us over so we could at least sleep well and be able to be productive at work the next day. Both Pedro and Rob stayed in constant contact with us bringing updayes as they received them. I cannot say enough good about them not only as people but as business men that are not all about making money but that are genuinely concerned for their customers and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and that all are happy. I would recommend them highly.

Tyler with Tarpon Air Conditioning is AMAZING. He is reliable and very knowledgeable with your best interest at heart. I do real estate for a living and refer him out to all my clients and it is nice to know that he will treat them right and be honest enough to not take advantage of trying to sell a full blown A/C system when they do not need one like many other companies will do. He has taken care of me personally with my own house and will continue to service me and my clients because of his level of service.

Outstanding! I am new to Cape Coral and when my A/C system quit on me two days ago, I called a big name company who spent some time inspecting my system, then told me it was’t very good, was poorly installed and quoted me thousands to “find and fix” the problem... then tried to convince me to buy a new system for over $10,000. Not very happy I asked my real estate agent and he recommended I call Rob at Tarpon. I couldn’t be happier.

Call was answered immediately. My info was taken and within five minutes Rob called to say he was heading over. He arrived within an hour... did a thorough system inspection. Confirmed there was a refrigerant leak and determined where it was coming from. Also confirmed the parts (coil) was a warranty item, so no cost to me on that. Got my system back up and running for now and installing the warranty part next week. He also pointed out that my system was in excellent condition and no other issues were apparent. All for a few hundred bucks.

When our heat unit burned up during the recent cold spell, I called Tarpon because they were close by and had great reviews. Wow, what a great call that was! They responded same day and had us fixed the next day after getting parts. Tyler is just amazing in how he communicates every aspect of the repair- from pricing, availability of parts, how the system operates, to "we'll be at your house in 10 minutes"!
