We procrastinated for years over replacing our old AC system because we were not comfortable with the companies we had contacted. A trusted neighbor recommended TARPON AIR CONDITIONING and gave us Rob’s phone number. We called and reached Rob immediately. He came out that evening, after regular business hours, to meet with us. Rob recommended a new system from the same manufacturer as our current system. We were very happy with Rob’s recommendation and his competitive price so we scheduled the installation. Rob and Tyler arrived early the day of the install, just as promised. They were finished by lunchtime with absolutely no disruption to our routine. Their work was impeccable and we couldn’t be happier with our new 15 SEER RUUD split system. Living in Florida it is very hard to find an honest air conditioning company. We thought we may need to replace our unit but, when Rob came out he told us we had another 5 years at least on our unit. He replaced the motor and give us helpful advice on maintaining the unit. We really appreciated his honesty and the integrity of this company. I will continue to recommend them to everyone.

After dealing with what my wife and I thought was a reputable company, we called Tyler (referred to us by a co-worker) at Tarpon Air Conditioning to ask him what his thoughts on an issue we were having with our AC unit. Not only was he thorough, but he found 2 issues with the unit and charged us less than 1/3 of what we were going to pay our "trusted" company for one issue. Turns out our parts were under warranty. He was at our house within 2 hours of the call and got our family up, running and comfortable. I Cannot say enough about Tyler and Tarpon. I wish doing business was this pleasant more often. A real stand up group of professionals. We're sticking with this company!!!

Woke up with AC issues. Decided to call Tarpon because they’re local and close to home. The men showed up within 15 mins of my initial call. The men were prepared, professional and able to quickly diagnose our issue. The response time was absolutely remarkable! After speaking with the tech, he advised he would grab the necessary part to complete the repair, he was back at the unit installing it in 5 mins! From the time I called, to the time the issue was completely resolved was a total of 37 minutes! I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Tarpon to anyone in need.

My A/C unit broke over the weekend. I’m new to the area and had no regular HVAC company. I called Tarpon at 11am and they were here before 12 and out the door with a fixed unit before 12:15. The technician was friendly, courteous and professional. He shared the details of what went wrong. The price point was very reasonable. No sales pressure for extra services or overcharging for extra parts or unnecessary service. Truly a good experience and will have Tarpon on speed dial for any future work.

Poor workmanship on air conditioner, ducts and insulation.They used no permits for City of Cape Coral, did not show up for appointments..Workman unplugged our refrigerator/freezer and we lost about 300 dollars worth of food. We received no invoice or warranty . Just received our product registration today . Very dissatisfied. There was only one man that knew what he was doing and he saved the whole installation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware of this company.

I called due to a hvac that stopped working overnight and a thermostat error. Tarpon said yes they could come same day and were at my house in 45 minutes! They were able to fix the problem when a company had been out earlier and told me that I would need to call the thermostat company! Great response, great company, and great pricing!

Rob is just FANTASTIC! I requested AC repair this morning and less than an hour later Rob is at my door ready to fix it. The fan had burned out and broke so he left and was back in less than 10 minutes with a new fan and had it replaced and cold air running in my home very quickly. He was kind and respectful of my home and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. They went above and beyond and are super. And the biggest superstar...ROB.

We had an emergency A/C outage and my regular service company could not even get out for three days to get me a price. My realtor recommended Tarpon and Tyler came out that day and gave me a good estimate and two days later we were good to go. It took just half a day to complete the installation. Honest hard working guys.

This company is fantastic! I switched to Tarpon Air for my AC maintenance in September 2018. They have been so good to me with great customer service, excellent problem-solving, and affordable prices. Tyler, Pedro and Rob have answered my questions and been there to address an ongoing issue with my AC and get the proper repair done. Highly Recommended!
