A friend had an HVAC problem yesterday. Living in southwest Florida, having no air conditioning is miserable. We suggested he call Jim at Deep Blue Air and they fixed his problem promptly and at a fair price. He and his family were very grateful to be cool again and very thankful to deal with such knowledgeable and helpful people.
I called them to repair my AC unit . Unfortunately they only showed up to collect the after hours $135 fee and try to sale me a brand new unit. They told me that my unit needed over 1000 in repairs and they couldn't do anything for me . The next morning I called another company and they came by my home diagnosed the problem immediately took care of it for only 200 bucks.. I definitely want my 135 refund . This company is stealing money from hard working people.
I got a hold of Jim at 6:30 PM Wednesday evening to tell him my AC quit working, and he came out right away to take a look. He diagnosed that the system had a bad compressor and I wanted to upgrade. when I came home Thursday from work, the guys were already finished installing the complete Trane AC system. I cannot say enough great things about the prompt professional service I was given. To have your system go bad and replaced in less than 24 hours is amazing! Thank you again.
I used them for a mini split a/c in our garage! I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs. They were always available, knowledgeable, professional and very resonable.

Deep Blue Air cooling may not be known to you when you call Jim and Michelle but after you meet them and they repair, service or replace you AC unit in July- the are your family for life. Great service, caring people, fair estimates, quick response time ,and a core of honesty.
Phil and Deep Blue Air are the best! Through family and friends they have taken care of 5 different units and counting. My elderly parents had been quoted an outrageous sum on work that would ultimately not have solved their issues. Phil saved them nearly five thousand dollars and a lot of stress. Not only was that work done to perfection but they cleaned up the mess in the work space left behind by the last people to do work, swept up after themselves and left my mom glowing about what gentlemen they were. I could keep going but suffice it to say we are lifetime customers.

I met Jim when I vacationed in Cape Coral and was thinking about moving to SWFL. I was walking one morning and we started up a conversation a couple times during my week of vacation. 2 months later I moved to Cape Coral and purchased a home that was 13 years old and had the original HVAC unit in it. I didn't want to be the guy who walks in on a Friday and holiday weekend and my HVAC went out and with a 13+ year old system. I would have to pay a premium (like double if wanting installed on a weekend) or disrupt my family by putting them in a hotel until Monday rolled around. I figured that would happen sooner than later, so I decided to go ahead and replace my unit.
So the home we purchased was just 1.2 miles and the next street over from where we vacationed. So I drove over to Jim's home on the 4th of July (he still remembered me, I am the guy from WV) and struck up a conversation about installing a new unit. The next morning Jim was over at my home taking a look at my system. He made a recommendation, gave me a fair price and agreed on a date and time of install. His installers showed up on-time, made some changes to accommodate my larger unit, and worked in the attic and hot sun and 7 hours later I had A/C.
The system (Trane) is cooling great and maintains my temp in my home. Also it is much more efficient than the 13 year old system I had and I should see a savings in my electric bill.
Long story short, Jim and his crew did an excellent job installing my HVAC system. The price was fair and I like the fact my money is being spent locally, and supporting small business. Jim and I will be I am sure more than just a business relationship as he is just a good ole down to earth guy! If you have a HVAC need, give this guy a chance to swing the bat, I am glad I did.
