Had a very bad experience with this company. Now only a year since the new unit was installed, I have mold growing in my air handler and ductwork. I have been begging this company since this unit was installed to please fix this unit properly because it was / is consistently leaking water. They did come out, only to CHARGE me for "botched up patch work". When I finally smartened up and felt these guys didn't know what they were doing, I called other A/C contractors out to see what the real deal was. They all were in full agreement that the new unit was improperly sized for the return / supply plenum. And, all of the work, that I paid Deep Blue Air for afterwards, was meaningless. I later found that the supply / return plenum that Deep Blue was contracted to replace were never touched. They reused my old plenums (that still say 2006 on back of them) that they were contracted to replace. When Deep Blue Air was asked to replace the plenums, that they were contracted to replace in the first place, and to clean up the resulting water damage inside of the unit, They responded by sending me an estimate of $3,460.00. To fix THEIR mistake.

I'm am not saying to not use this company. I am just saying be very careful. You get what you pay for. I, myself, will be using another company to fix Deep Blue Air's mistakes!

Couldn’t be happier! The folks at Deep Blue Air were so great to work with. They responded quickly and accommodated my crazy schedule. Had my system back up and running really quickly. Everyone went above and beyond to communicate and explain what needed to be done. Definitely recommend these folks.

My husband and I have been unable to visit our condo since the virus hit and we got a call late one night saying we had a valve leak in our condo. Turned out to be a valve to our AC line and Deep Blue came out the next day and repaired the valve. They were super helpful when I called and we are happy with all the work they have done for us. Passing on their info to friends and family.

Jim and Phil are awesome. I knew it was time and called them out. 3 days before my install the AC died. OF COURSE ON A SUNDAY! They did everything they could to get it installed as soon as possible. I am super grateful. Thank you for the awesome service and great price.
