I have lived in Cape Coral for 32 years and have had many ac companies. The last company I had kept coming out and putting band aids on our unit. My husband asked them repeatedly if we needed a new unit. He was told no several times even though our unit was 15 years old. After sweating for years and paying boo coo bucks I called deep blue air. They came out, assessed the situation and replaced our unit. Professional, courteous and I could tell everyone from the receptionist to the techs to the installers knew what they were talking about. We are now cool and comfortable. Thank you everyone at Deep blue air, especially Carrie and Matt. You are the best!
I didn't physically use this company yet because my A/C unit is under warranty through another company. I can confirm though Jim is very responsive, answered the first time last night around midnight to try to fix the unit over the phone and already called early this morning at 7 to follow up. It is appreciated & this company deserves this good review. If you need ER service or any service they definitely seem like the company that knows what they are doing. Thanks again
Emergency Repair.......As an avid DYI guy, I once again made my wife shake her head resignedly today. A simple project found me severing the low pressure refrigerant line to our home's AC. While it was 94 degrees outside. I contacted Jim, explained my issue, and got his assurances that even though it was Sunday afternoon, I would not need a hotel to save my marriage. He kept in close touch throughout the afternoon, and when his tech on duty ran long on another job, Jim and his son Dillon came out themselves. In under an hour we had air conditioned bliss in our home. Great emergency response, a VERY fair price, and polite thoughtful service. 5 Stars across the board!
Had the owner (Jim) out last week to price me a new air handler and outside condenser unit. He listened to me and recommended a system that we needed, without pressure or upsell. Good old honest work! His crew was here day he promised and had the AC back up and running in no time. Jim followed up twice just to ensure everything was working as promised to include a post install inspection to ensure his team did great work!! His team was very courteous and worked very clean in my garage. Would never have known they were here. Integrity, fair price and quality work. Will ONLY be using Deep Blue Air only at my house. Came home to my A/C being froze on a Friday after 5 on a Holiday weekend! Called Deep Blue Air and Phillip Perry stopped by on his way home, and evaluated my A/C. He performed his magic and now I have cold Air again. Hightly Reccomend! As a plus he did not try to sell me a new unit, instead he educated me on what homeowner maintenance that I can do to prolong the life of my existing A/C!

I just want to Thank Jim for the wonderful service for the past 5 years. I highly recommend his company Deep Blue Air. Jim started with a few small repairs to my old A/C, before replacing it, for a new one. I told him my electric bill was averaging between 350 to 375 a month, and that it was just killing me. He suggested and talked me into buying a higher seer A/C unit, which was a 16 seer unit made by Trane. He said this unit was very efficient and would really help lower my electric bill. He also said to switch all light bulbs to LED bulbs. I was surprised that this upgrade in seer and size of unit only added about 500 to total cost. And I was even more surprised that my electric bill went from 350 a month to 150 a month. Jim I can’t Thank You Enough. Love You Man !!
