Sean Dowd was absolutely incredible! Sean actually installed a faucet 5 months ago when my son was born and he actually remembered that I needed to get back to the hospital. Sean as Always was an absolute professional. He takes the time to explain and goes above and beyond. Sean arrived quickly and got the water back on for my family. He totally understood the importance of being without water with an infant. I wish Sean could always be the plumber that arrives when I call Beattie. However with that being said Sean and technicians like him are the reason I will continue to do business with Beattie!

Nick did a great job, was very thorough doing my AC maintenance. He took many photos for records and explained what certain parts do, and how they can possibly break down as time passes. He sent me some suggestions regarding power surge optional parts also. He pointed out something that the original installer of the unit missed as well, and since it’s still under warranty, I’ve called that company to get that done. Very nice young man, thanks, Nick!

Ryan came to my house today. I was planning on getting 3 quotes but decided to sign with Ryan today because his communication is great, he was on time, he was very knowledgeable and took time to explain every aspect of the job. Very detailed. Looking forward to my Tesla charger install, A/C service, miscellaneous work.

Gene came out right away to look at a leak we had in one of the well tanks. Though they normally don't service well systems he went to get the parts and replaced it for us anyway. Very friendly, professional and the price was good as well. Highly recommend.

Zoltan was a pleasure to work with. He arrived when scheduled and was friendly, polite and efficient. He provided lots of information and helped me understand what was happening. I would recommend their services to anyone. Great experience with professionalism and knowledge.

I would HIGHLY recommend Beattie Home Services. We had a leak in the refrigerator waterline as well as a leak in the washing machine hot water valve. When I called they set us up an appointment right away. They showed up on time and we’re very efficient. Our technician Gene Suber was polite, clean and professional. He had to cut some drywall to make repairs and didn’t leave a speck of debris behind. Not only are they reasonably priced, but their service is Amazing! Extremely Happy and will continue to use them for all our home serving needs.

BEWARE, BEWARE. Had two toilets that needed professional repair. The first technician that came out was probably not licensed. He came unprepared and had to leave for an hour to get parts. Home depot is only five minutes away. The repair on both toilets for flapper and fill valves cost almost five hundred dollars and both toilets did not fill and flush properly after the work was done. Another person had to come out and redo sloppy work. Second person was late in coming out and I had to call about his location. The second repair job is sloppy and still not functioning properly. Bergau Plumbing under Beattie Home Services is not a company to do business with.
