Very sloppy, they send a plumber out, didnt have the right tools to do the job 4 hours later. Oh I’m sorry I can’t fix it. Gotta hire somebody else. If you need somebody to plunge a toilet, hire them. But then again, there’s sloppy so you might not want to.

Beattie was able to get over to my house to replace 4 breakers in my electrical box same day as requested. The two men that came to help us were polite and professional the entire time. We were so thankful for their prompt response and help.

We were in need of service after Ian, asked if we could be added to the growing list of people needing service. Less than 24 hrs we had a crew at the house replacing our water tank. Honestly can't say how happy we were with this business. Hurricane Ian took out some plumbing issues within our home and the gents at Beattie came right out, got us back up and running, and the turn around was barely felt! They were personable, professional, reasonable, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Took the stress away from the experience. Since relocating here recently as lifelong residents from the Midwest, we were previously accustomed to true customer service wherever you went! That is CLEARLY NOT the same down here in SWFL. We found that trust we had known before with Beattie. Do not hesitate with this company as they are the real deal!
