The technician arrived on schedule to install a new water heater and handled everything quickly and professionally. He installed a water shut off valve at the heater without being asked so in the future we wouldn’t have to turn off the main water supply. I’ve used this company when our house was built and ever since.

Replacement of all substandard builder installed PEX plumbing water controls after the failure of a plastic hammer valve caused previous flooding of our utility room.! Kino Douglas the Plumber did a great job replacing 14 plastic water valves with new metal valves, relieveing our fears of another massive future water leak! Thank You Bergau Plumbing as you were also the plumber in 1975 who built my Beyer Builder ñew home!!
