Paid 3200 for a reduct, I have two separate units in my house. The duct work was not sealed properly, the plenums were left hanging two inches out of my ceiling and mudded, they called that “finished” and my house on the side they did has not cooled properly since. Meanwhile, the other side of the house they didn’t touch with a unit almost 20 years old runs perfectly fine. I would highly consider using a different company.

Today, I had a technician by the name of felix come to my house to service the air. Prior to him leaving, the air was fine. Just needed to do some maintenance. Shortly after he left, the air stop working.
I immediately called him and it was an inconvenience for him and he told me to stop "overreacting" who says this to a paying Customer!!!! Instead of just saying I will get someone out to take care of this. Terrible Customer Service!!! Do not do any business with this company

Autumn Air Conditioning did a great job on our property. They saved us a lot of time and money and wish we called them earlier. It took couple hours to resolve a problem 2 other companies told us, it will take a week just to get the parts.

Do not hesitate to call them!

I have been doing business with Autumn Air for 10 yrs. The service we received was outrageous!
My fiancé and I have been dealing with head and neck cancer. Autumn Air saw the emergency in replacing our unit. Met with them yesterday and today new air conditioner and vent cleaning done. And at a great price. Will recommend them to everyone I know! They went above and beyond all expection! God bless you!

I purchased a home that had a new AC system installed by Autumn Air Conditioning less than a year ago. When you buy a new AC system aside from the manufactures warranty you will get a one year labor warranty from the contractor. The owner of Autumn Air Conditioning will not Honor the one year warranty because the home changed owners. Sounds like a quick way to loose customers!

My daughter decided after a minor surgery to come home and stay overnight. On queue, around 6 p.m., on solstice, the longest day of the year, the air conditioning stopped working. Looked up on Google for service that would be opened that late in the afternoon. Found Mr. Cool and called, crossing my fingers. In less than an hour the technician (Kevin) showed up, found what was wrong and fixed it. All at a reasonable price considering the emergency call. Thank you very much. Daughter is now cool and healing.

I want to thank u so much for sending first Jim to figure out what was wrong with my unit because after about a year and 10 trips from Anderson air and they could never figure it out and don't even know how they were on business and don't understand why your letting him ever work there he sux!!!!! But Jonathan lebron and David Guzman for fixing everything they are truly amazing professionals and on so happy 😁😁

Very satisfy with the service and the company.

I called while prepping for Hurricane Irma and Sandy pleasantly answered, got a hold of her technician, Jimmy ... and he was at my home within 30 minutes! It was a simple fix, clogged drain line outside and he even showed my my teenage son how to fix when it happens again. I knew the price before he got here, and the price did not differ. One less worry in my preparations ... Thanks Autumn Air.
