I texted Will about 9:00 pm on Tuesday 3-22-2022 and told him my unit was not cooling.I asked if he would be able to have some one look at it.Will told me that they were hoping to be able to look at it on Wednesday 3-23-2022 in the morning.Will texted me at 9:00 am on 3-23-2022 and said that they would have some one out to look at unit between 11:00 and 1:00.The tech called me at 12:50 pm and said he was 5 minutes from my house.The tech had to go get a part and came back about 30 minutes later and had the unit cooling in about another 30 minutes.The tech did a GREAT JOB !! I am totally satisfied with this repair and the price was reasonable.I will be calling Autumn Air when I need service again.Thank you for fixing my air conditioning !!

We started with buying 2 new units from Anderson Air with a service contract - they went out of business and switched us to Autumn Air in Cape Coral - have had nothing but issues with this company - they advertise 24/7 service, but we called them 3 days ago and still no response. We are switching again to a more local provider. Autumn Air is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We are sad because they advertise owned and operated by veterans and we support veterans 100% but not those running this company.

This company has the worst customer service that I we have run into. My parents contracted them to replace their AC/Heating unit in April of 2020, they also replaced duct work "to make the air flow better". "cold in one room and warm in the other"., now it is worse and my father has contacted them several times to come back out to fix it. The vent in the living room blows so hard you can't hear the television. They pulled a permit but never dropped off or left the paperwork for the final inspection.
That permit is expired now with not being signed off.
He had to physically go to the office (several times) due to them not returning phone calls since April 2020. He has wasted two Saturday's for a scheduled appointment to re look at it again that they never showed up, not once but twice. The latter being today. Obviously we are not done dealing with this company, but hoping for a resolution to the issues.
If this is resolved and they step up to the plate, I will inform you all.
Please do not use this company.

Update, they did come out and look at the AC unit and stated that there are some items that need to be addressed that were not done correctly. Said he would be back out to take care of, did not set up a time, they are waiting to hear from them.

I went out of town on 10/13 & had them do a service call that evening to find out nothing was fixed. I came back into town on 10/17 with no air at all. Their website states 24/7 emergency calls. I called several times and left voicemails and still no one has returned my calls. My property manager even stated they had the work order and would be contacting me. To say the least I still have no air and no phone call…

We've used Autumn Air twice now. The first time was to replace a coil (under warranty) and today for a clogged line. Their service from the time they called until the time the repairman, Jim, left was excellent! Jim explained the issue, was honest about the cost (incredibly reasonable! ), and even measured my air filter and told me where I could get custom-size filters made. We signed up for their service contract and I feel very comfortable now knowing that they will be back to service in six month . I highly recommend this company if you have an A/C needs.

I have never in my life have has such horrible customer service!!! Air broke Thursday night, never came out to service on Friday as Promised! Finally come out Saturday evening took unit apart n left it apart, Needs module. Will be back Monday to install. Never showed! Then supposed to come out Tuesday no show again! We call Wednesday speak to the owner he was personally coming out to fix it they tell us by 6 o’clock definitely!!! They call us at 5:45 can’t make it. Now they’re coming out on Thursday before 1 o’clock it is now 3:10 no one‘s here to fix the air conditioner calling the office and no one will pick up the phone!!!don’t ever use this company you will be sorry!! The only reason we are using them is because it’s a rental and that’s who our landlord is using it’s not like we’re a glutton for punishment.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Our AC went out on a Thursday. Was told they’d be out Friday (next day). Finally got a call at 8pm they couldn’t make it and be out Saturday. Came Saturday. Found problem and needed to get a part. Said they’d come out Monday to fix. By 4:30pm Monday no one showed yet. Called office. They thought job was completed. Said they would call me in the morning. No call. I called Tuesday morning and spoke to the owner Will. He said someone would be out that afternoon. No show! No call! I called and left a voicemail at 6:15pm. No return call! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

They don't return calls when they say they will, no calls to tell the progress of what is happening, had to call 2-3 times to get a call back, they said they would do the install the next week but didn't show up until the end of the following week, the process took over 6 weeks-partially due to manufacturer's fault and partially due to Autumn dropping the ball for 2 weeks, and then 2 weeks for installation. Thank God we had a friend with a window air conditioner that could handle our place.
