The ac in my home failed on a Friday afternoon. I contacted multiple offices who could not offer me services until monday morning. Then i contacted ACJoe and spoke with a very nice and sweet woman in the office. I explained my situation with the ac in my home and how it was affecting my two small children and wife who was 7 months pregnant. She dispatched someone immediately to see if there was a quick fix to get my family and I through the weekend . Unit was 9 years old and needed replaced. AcJoe was able to get techs onsite Saturday and a new Rheem unit installed and running by 2pm Saturday. A woman named Geneva contacted me on Monday and delivered a permit and we passed inspection on Tuesday. I have had no issues in the 3 months that I have had this unit. Definitely recommend to EVERYONE. I also shop priced the following week to make sure the price was fair since I knew nothing about hvac. AcJoe had the best of 4 quotes. The owner and his son are very customer service oriented, quick on callbacks and doing the actual service work and getting the job done. I called On a Tuesday and they came the next day.

AC Joes replaced my defective central air system. Quick to install, but they hired subcontractors that didn't do a good job. Many holidays, install problems. Five months after the sale, system was blowing cold air and leaking condensation water into my garage due to they way they mounted the system to the existing ductwork. They also put in a new place for a air filter. Just one problem. You can't buy a filter that fits...It's a non standard size. You have to purchase custom made air filters. Called for service several times, no response. They wanted to charge me $125 for the service call after i paid them over $5k just 5 months prior. System still is not right, and won't return my calls or fix what they screwed up. My advise? Stay away. Just a horrible experience.

8/12/20 Great guys! I worked in residential electric for 20 years. Saw them all from hacks to pros, these young men were certainly pros! Highly recommended, you won't be sorry! Take that to the bank.

Eric did a great job removing and installing our condenser and air handler, waited to make sure everything was up and working properly and that the temperature inside the house dropped before leaving the house. Great customer service and arrived on time. This guy worked non stop for almost 12 hours! His dedication to getting the job done right truly showed! Thank you guys!
