My friend used this company, not me. Wouldn’t give any stars if it was an option. My friend was charged for brand new motor compressor. Quit 2 weeks later. Said my fault as ducts were bad, falling apart, and taped together. Showed actual pictures of ducts taped together and falling apart. Said It would cost $1,600 for ductwork. Guy was upset my friend wanted another opinion/estimate. She asked for copies of the pictures and he wouldn’t share them with her. Another company came in and fixed it today. Ducts had some water in them, but weren’t taped together or falling apart.

AC Joe Heating & Cooling installed the original unit in Dec 2017 and it quit less than 3 months later. They said the new motor (which looks like a used one per the company today) wasn’t covered under the warranty. The warranty is for 10 years and it would be covered but not the cost of installation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

PRICE GOUGING!!!! This company was refusing to honor my warranty. I had to have Rheem get involved. Even after he was refusing to contact me for a refund. They are the WORST and unprofessional company in Lee County and will rip people off. They are being reported to not only the state but I am filling a law suit against them.

AC Joe is extremely responsive. Owner answers phone and directs calls. Technicians friendly and professional. System working great.

Jake and Ben were awesome called and sent a picture so I knew who was coming to home. I live alone and they took care of my AC for 75.00 less then the other company I had. Thank you for being helpful and kind.

I called for our business to which Jake and Ben showed up on time and were able to find the issue quickly and submit a bid to our landlord. Very appreciative of the service. Great job guys!

If I could give it a zero I would. Terrible customer service. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable but the office manager doesn't schedule appointments as she should especially if you are under warranty.

Charged $660 dollars to replace a fan motor on a 2019 Rheem system. The fan motor was under full warranty. The technician was nice. I just wanted to inform consumers of the exorbitant fees charged by this contractor. Here is a charge breakdown. $385 to install the fan motor. $125 service call. $125 trip charge. $150 after hours opening. Service technician was at the residence at 11:45am on a Saturday. Again, everyone was nice and courteous but after speaking to my AC contractor in Orlando, I realize we overpaid.

Tommy W took care of our unit likes it was his own. Did maint. And installed hard start on both units. He was professional and personable.And last but not least he bonded with my large dog

Ben and Jake did an awesome job. Quality work, very responsive. Will work with them again in the future. Highly Recommended.
