Ordered heat sequencer online. Was defective. Notified seller of non functional component. Was told to order another for replacement and refund. New ones arrived.
Both were defective right out of the box with the same problem as the first.
Was returned to seller. Seller didn't acknowledge parts as being defective.

I ordered HVAC filters for our new unit online with Airstar Supply. They did not have these uncommon sized filters in stock but went out of their way to get them for me and had them sent straight to my house! Way to go, gentlemen! You took the extra steps needed and made this customer a customer for life! Thank you!!

I orderd a cap for my A/C from this company through Amazon which supose to be replacement for original part. The part did not worked with my unit (don't know why), I find the original part from other vendor and got my A/C runing. After many days and many e mails this is what I got as final response, please read through:

"Not a problem , simply return the AmRad Cap in its original packaging within 7 days to HVAC / IAQ Supply, with a copy of your sales slip and RMA#8.14 written on the slip. Upon receipt , we will inspect the item , test with a meter and confirm that the item is defective and issue a refund within 24-48 hours. In the event a working , non-defective component is returned , installed and materially different $ 8.14 will be your refund. This amount represents your purchase price less Amazon Fees and Shipping Costs associated with your purchase"

Once more there out to blame the people. There is a reason i gave you an address to ship it to im was your customer and paypal's you do whats im asking not what you want to do its why i payed you. My point stands that you have no clue how to work with people and the problems. You offered no solution just plain rude over the phone convo and 0 care if i got my product that i payed for or i did not. Simple. Hope more people wake up and see your true colors.

Don't use this company. Website says free shipping on orders over $500, I placed an order then one month later I finally got sent an invoice for shipping of almost $300! Yes 1 month just to be sent a shipping price never mind get the product! Website says free shipping! Held my money for a month and left me with nothing! SCAM!!!

I was very pleased and impressed with the expertise and customer service of the staff, particularly David Nichols, who went the “extra mile”to help to resolve issues related to my AC Unit and the UltraMax Ultraviolet unit. I would highly recommend Airstar Supply for any problem you might have with your HVAC System !

Greg R helped me with a very difficult situation with expert advice and pricing concerning my problem with an out of state HVAC service provider who charged and provided me estimate for repairs that I was suspect of. This other provider suggesting I replace the whole furnace assembly for $3000.00 that was only 8 years old since the repairs on my furnace assembly would be over $2400.00 to replace the motor, module, and control board. Didn't sound right to me.... So after talking to many local providers who would not give me 5 seconds without also coming out and charging a $100 fee for an estimate, I found Airstar Supply on the internet and emailed for advice and pricing on the parts. Greg R instantly e-mailed me back and was extremely patient and extremely helpful in giving me opinions on the unlikelihood of all the mentioned parts being bad, pricing if they were, (about half the original estimate), technical guidance and test to ensure the parts were indeed bad, specifications for ohming out the motor, and other diagnostic steps. (I am a Master Auto Tech and can perform these functions easily). Most beneficially, Greg also informed me of the 10 year Trane warranty on the inside furnace assembly unit if my outside condenser unit is (and it is) an XL unit. Hmmm the other guy did not mention this... This advice alone from Greg saved me about $2100.00 on my repairs. (By the way, after I mentioned the warranty to the other provider he sent another tech out and surprise! it was only the motor and under warranty... hmmm).

Greg R at Airstar is the man! He has over 30 years of Trane experience and you can tell he is the expert in his field and he cares! HE IS THE BEST!
