Worst customer service. Charged original shipping, return shipping + re-stocking fee to return item that did not work! Now I'm out $27 and have nothing to show for it. Shame on Airstarsupply!!!

I bought media pads off of amazon from this supplier they had the item listed as free shipping and then charged me 175$ for 50$ worth of product
They think they can scam people on amazon if they dont click the right shipping option on amazon
Its one thing to mess up and you charge me 20$ for shipping
But charging me 175$ is straight robbery I was robbed by this company. The nature of buying thing on Amazon has to be taken to consideration you vuy things with 3 clicks
And I didnt see that the 2 days shipping was an ungodly amount of 175 $
The item is listed as free shipping and right underneath that its say# want it Wednesday click 2 day shipping at check out which I do
Come to find out 2 days later they charged me 175 for shipping
Media pads weigh nothing it's a small package from Florida and I live in ohio it's a 12 hour drive

They will bait and switch items. I ordered one item and they sent me a different one and refused to refund my money

AVOID. Customer Service is terrible. Had a defective part and was charged restocking fee of 20%.

SIMPLY THE BEST , Not the biggest AC Supply House...but probably the BEST!
